1991 Alfa Romeo Spider Low Reserve This is a very nice and clean Alfa Romeo spider. It runs and drives great. The car is showing 28,424 miles but the odometer hasn't worked since I have had the car. The car has been in my collection for 2-3 years and I have only driven it around 5 times and whoever had it before me must have took great care of it as in great condition inside and out. It is a great car and you don't see many if any on the road. This car would make a great daily driver or something to cruise around in during those nice convertible weather days. Alfa Romeo 8C, Maserati Quattroporte and Granturismo models recalled over rust fears
Mon, 20 May 2013The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced Maserati and Alfa Romeo are recalling certain Quattroporte, Granturismo and 8C models over potentially faulty tie rod ends. According to NHTSA, 2005-2008 Quattroporte, 2008 Granturismo and 2008 8C units may have been assembled with tie rod ends that have insufficient corrosion protection. As such, the components may rust, weaken and potentially fail. If that happens, the driver could lose control of the vehicle and cause an accident.
Maserati and Alfa Romeo will contact owners and replace the tie rod end assemblies once the recall gets underway in June. All told, 7,438 vehicles are impacted by the recall. You can read the full NHTSA notice below for more information.

After adding Italian motorcycle icon Ducati to its stable and spending $5.6 billion on the rest of Porsche, Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn says he's done shopping for a while.
"We have enough to do at the moment in taking our twelve brands to where we want to be," Winterkorn tells German newspaper Handelsblatt.
