Sale of Vehicle

The winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of the Auction end and make payment arrangements at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remainder of the balance is due within 3 days of the Auction end. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise. All vehicles are sold free and clear with NO LIENS. A LICENSED DEALER CANNOT SELL A VEHICLE IF IT HAS A LIEN ON IT.

Financing

Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. We accept cash in person, bank wire transfer (we prefer this method of payment) or cashiers check (clearance times on cashier checks vary from each banking facility).  Make sure if you are financing your purchase that your financial institution accepts the year and mileage of this vehicle BEFORE bidding. PLEASE ARRANGE FINANCING PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Fees

There is a $199.00 paperwork fee (paperwork, temporary tag, postage, fed ex, etc.) added to the cost of every vehicle for ALL customers AND dealers.

Receiving Your Vehicle

The Buyer is responsible for the pickup of this vehicle. Please call us PRIOR to making your arrangements to pick up your vehicle so we may schedule a mutually agreeable time and date with you.

Shipping

If you wish to have your vehicle shipped, please call us FIRST. We will help arrange shipping with our preferred shippers. We only use dependable transporters and we offer this service strictly as a courtesy for our customers.  We do not charge extra or receive compensation for this service. We want our customers to have the reliability they deserve for their new vehicle and it is our goal to make the shipping an easy process.

The average turnaround time for the shipping of vehicles is approximately 2 full weeks from the day the transporter picks up the vehicle.  We will help schedule the pickup of your vehicle as soon as possible, but due to many circumstances beyond our control (weather, space availability, clearance of funds, etc.) times can vary.

Warranty

All of our vehicles that are 10 years and older are sold "AS IS". AS IS means that there is NO WARRANTY expressed, written or implied on that vehicle. Extended Warranty available for extra cost. Please remember you are buying a USED vehicle.  This vehicle has appropriate cosmetic and mechanical wear for the age and mileage of the vehicle. As with any pre-owned vehicle, there may be unforeseen repairs in the future.  We are not psychic and cannot predict the future reliability of your purchase.

We personally hand pick all of our vehicles.  No one does our buying for us.  We fully inspect the vehicles and road test them. We make every effort to disclose any KNOWN significant defects associated with the vehicle. We NEVER buy flood or salvage vehicles.  All of our vehicles are inspected, serviced and safety checked. We are committed to selling high quality pre-owned vehicles and our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction.

Misc. Information

Our Dealership is located in 20 minutes south of Boston. We are not responsible for the vehicles safety or emissions requirements of your state or country.  The safety or emissions requirements for this vehicle are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please remember our description is just that a description, we have limited info when it comes to packages, options, and vehicle history. If you have any questions call us before bidding.

If you are unsure about anything, please ASK. Do not assume if something is not listed that it is included. All of our pictures are of the actual vehicles. It is our intention to present our vehicles as accurately as possible but due to the high volume of our dealership, occasionally a typo or inconsistency may occur. Our ads offer an "original" and "current" window sticker. Please be advised that these window stickers are re-creations formulated from a computer program. These stickers sometimes omit features that are in the vehicle and occasionally add features that are not in the vehicle. The window sticker "prices" are an estimate and not a guarantee of the original sale price or current worth of the vehicle. We will not be held responsible for misprints or inaccuracies due to the VIN Decoder on the computer program. Please review the pictures and call us with your questions. We will gladly review the vehicle with you and confirm all the actual options on each vehicle.

We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if the reserve has not been met or the auction has not ended.
Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to Ebay and negative feedback posted.

PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGHEST BIDDER AND MAKE A PERSONAL OFFER.

How the Autoblog staff would configure the 2017 Acura NSX

Thu, Feb 25 2016

The configurator for the 2017 Acura NSX is now online, and it finally lets people spec this long-delayed supercar. Technically prices start at $157,800 (after $1,800 for destination), but you can't actually get one like that yet. The iron brake rotors aren't available until late 2016, which means the carbon-ceramic rotors with black calipers are the least expensive choice at $9,900. The cost ticks up to $10,600 if you want calipers in silver or red. The build process inspired so much conversation among the Autoblog staff that we decided to share our choices with you and explain why we picked them. Let us know what you think in the comments. MICHAEL AUSTIN - $198,950: Mine's expensive, but I figure another 15 percent or so is irrelevant when the car already costs so much. I love the blue - it's alluring without being too flashy. Saddle leather is a must for me; it's definitely the best interior color. I skipped the carbon-fiber exterior sport package, just because I like the cleaner look of the standard body. Otherwise, carbon-fiber overkill: roof, rear spoiler, interior trim, and engine cover. If I had to cut costs I could sacrifice the $10,600 carbon ceramic brakes, which are probably unnecessary – but I'd have to wait until later this year. My only question is: where are the optional Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires I loved during our First Drive? CHRIS BRUCE - $180,700: I tried not to go too wild when speccing mine, but some upgrades seemed necessary. The standard black leather was too dark, so I opted for the Saddle and Alcantara, which added $1,500 to the price. I also picked with the matching black Alcantara headliner for $1,300 and the upgraded audio system for $2,800. For the outside, I loved the Nord Gray Paint, which has a little green in it, and I splurged for the $6,000 carbon fiber roof. To finish things off, I went with the silver calipers on the carbon-ceramic brakes for $10,600. STEVEN EWING - $172,700: I'm not the extravagant type. I don't want flashy colors, red calipers, or unnecessary carbon fiber crap on the outside. Give me something that flies under the radar, with the only the options I need. Plus, the NSX hardly feels like a $200,000 supercar to me. ALEX KIERSTEIN - $176,500: Japanese cars tend to look best in classic white, so I went with that for the exterior. I like a dark interior, but I also love Alcantara – so that goes on the headliner. The carbon-fiber roof is a bit of an extravagance, but this is all fantasy, right?

2013 Acura ILX 2.4

Going Mainstream Has Its Privileges
Acura's experiment with niche models has failed. Competing in the luxury car business by filling white space with product just didn't work for the Japanese automaker. In place of slow-selling models like its ZDX and quirky first-gen RDX, the mindset at Acura has recently switched to more conventional products with vastly improved volume potential. The redesigned 2013 RDX, for example, sold almost as many units in 2012 as it did in 2010 and 2011 combined, and the all-new 2013 ILX has sold more units each month - since going on sale in May - than Acura sold in ZDXs and RLs in all of last year.
While the redesigned RDX is a crucial product to compete with luxury compact crossovers, the ILX might be the most important new product for Acura, as a growing number of premium makes are starting to realize the importance of upscale entry-level compact cars. Ironically, this segment was a pivotal part of the brand's success in the 1980s and '90s thanks to the Integra, but Acura completely abandoned the genre when it killed off the RSX coupe in 2006. The addition of the ILX not only gives Acura a competitive small car again, it also drops the brand's entry price by almost $5,000.

2015 Acura TLX launch delayed

Tue, 22 Apr 2014

Last week in New York, Acura pulled the wraps off its all-new TLX sedan - a midsize model that replaces both the TSX and TL in one fell swoop. In a bit of behind-the-scenes full disclosure, we were originally scheduled to get our first drive of the car in early May. But an intrepid reader forwarded us an email to Acura dealers saying that the on-sale date of the TLX will be pushed back, and subsequently, the automaker confirmed to Autoblog that the official media launch has been postponed, as well. Acura spokesperson Chuck Schifsky tells us that the 2015 TLX will now go on sale later this summer.
"We don't view it as a major delay," Schifsky told Autoblog. The TLX is "the most technologically advanced Acura" yet - even more so than the original NSX, Schifsky says - and thus, there are "lots of systems to get sorted out." When asked if there is a specific component to point to regarding this delay, Schifsky told Autoblog that it's "not any one thing."
"We have determined that it is necessary to modify the production schedule for the 2015 TLX, which will move the on-sale date to late summer."
