2000 Acura Integra Gs-r Hatchback 3-door 1.8l on 2040-cars
Richfield, Pennsylvania, United States
Ok besides all the basics that Ebay says about in there vin decoder description, the car has been mine for over 2 years now. I have put just under 20,000 miles on it, so its been driven some but not everyday. The car does need a clutch. Its driveable as it sits but I have started to notice slight slipping so This car WILL need a clutch. Aftermarket wise the car has a .57 trim Godspeed turbo on it with a Greddy boost controller. The car was originally put together and tuned in West Virginia. List of some of the things I know have been done.- Battery converted to trunk Rota Lightweight wheels, as well as lightweight lugs Hondata S300 pro Ecu S Pro Intake Technology Adjustable Coilovers- To low to tell brand. Msd ignition and wires. A/c has been deleted from car. Godspeed .57 trim turbo w/ front mount intercooler Greddy boost controller- Very user friendly ( just hit a button to change setting ) Brand new Dual Core R series radiator May be a thing or 2 I missed. This car has been taking to the drag strip one time by me in spring of 2013, on 7lbs it ran a 13.8 @ 107 mph. So yes it has seen the strip but has been driven very respectively otherwise. Email me with any questions and if needed I can call you to answer further questions.

Buy a new NSX and you can put the badges on as it rolls off the line in Ohio
Mon, Feb 20 2017Acura announced today that new NSX owners now have an opportunity to see their cars being built at the Performance Manufacturing Center (PMC) in Marysville, Ohio. At the starting price of $2,700, owners can participate in the "NSX Insider Experience" in which they'll tour the factory, as well as the Honda Heritage Center. The latter of which houses a HondaJet, an iteration of ASIMO, Honda's famous humanoid robot, and other pieces of Honda history. Owners on the tour also have the chance to talk with people on the assembly line about how it all comes together, and can even install the badges on their very own cars. If that's not enough, Honda offers a few other optional extras to make the trip special. They can add a tour of the factory in Anna, Ohio, where the NSX engines are made, as well as sign up for a performance driving experience in a new NSX. The driving portion is available in two- and four-hour sessions, and it takes place at the Transportation Research Center, which doubles as Acura's NSX proving grounds. Of course these extras will add to the cost, as will bringing guests. Honda even offers help with travel planning through Acura Concierge. The service can book your flight and other travel arrangements. It will also allow you to stay at the special NSX suite at the Joseph Hotel in Columbus, Ohio. Acura didn't go into detail as to what makes the suite specific to the NSX, but we're sure it's a nice place nonetheless. NSX owners interested in the program should check out the program's website, here. For people without the means to buy an NSX, you can still get a look into the factory by checking out our visit to the facility. 2014 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid [w/video]
Wed, 18 Dec 2013Having already driven and reviewed the 2014 Acura RLX this year, colleagues Steven Ewing and Jeffrey Ross poured several thousand words into apprising it, then someone took the safety off the Comments and flipped them to "Fully Automatic" because those two reviews and four brief posts were hit by more than 1,200 of your deeply felt sentiments.
People care about Acura.
Roughly half of those comments were in reply to news of this car, the 2014 RLX Sport Hybrid SH-AWD, a sedan that intends to show that Acura cares, too. Underneath a skin almost imperceptibly different from the standard RLX, the one that has given us P-AWS (Precision All-Wheel Steer), is a Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD) system that replaces the mechanical components it relies on in the TL and MDX with computerized sophistication and three electric motors. Top that off with more power, and the aim is to provide a machine that does a better job of getting Acura a starting spot in the premium luxury game than the erstwhile and now all-but-forgotten RL that the RLX replaces.
2014 Acura MDX [w/video]
Fri, 31 May 2013Refinement Rather Than Revolution
Before we get into the meat and potatoes of the 2014 Acura MDX, let's pause for just a moment and talk about the current, still-sitting-at-dealerships 2013 model. It's a pretty good machine. Perhaps guilty only of falling to the backburners of our minds in recent years because, well, the old girl's not gotten any younger. But every time we drove this second-generation MDX, our thoughts were the same - good to drive, pleasant to sit in and a pretty decent value.
Acura's customers felt the same way, and so when it came time to design and engineer the third-generation MDX, the vehicle's formula wasn't shaken up at all. Despite the fact that it uses a brand-new platform and offers a host of upgrades, the key points addressed by the company's engineers were the specific requests of customers and shoppers in the segment - changes that amounted to nothing radical. After all, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
