2005 Acura TL 3.2 , fully loaded with 145,890 miles, black exterior on black interior, with one touch sunroof, heated leather seats, zenon headlights, Philips drl ($280 with installation), 2 python two way remote start, keyless entry, alarm ( $495 with installation), Acura factory floor mats, and driver rubber mat, with trunk rubber mat. The engine is 3.2 liter full power vetch engine with a life time cold air intake installed, the transmission is automatic with manumatic option, engine and transmission shift great with no leaks or burning oils. shocks and suspensions have been maintained over the past two years, with new shocks, axels. Leather seats are automatic and heated with no tears, and have been reconditioned. The exterior has also been polished this year, and car wash wax used during every hand wash. All lights, doors, and windows work great, with no problems. a/c and heat also works with no flaws. The interior heating and air condition has an option of two way between driver and passenger controls. The engine has been running with Mobile 1 oils, and 93 grade gasoline since purchase two years ago. The car is very enjoyable to drive, very smooth and sporty feel. Tires are Michelin pilots with half life left over, very comfortable tires, and are great in winter as well. The audio is a 6 cd internal, with great sound through the car. The sunroof is beautiful, with one touch control that work efficiently, and has no problems no leaks.The windows are all tinted 20% for cool summers. The front bumper has been replaced due to a small fender bender and ground effect professionally installed by Motor city Collision, who do great work at Motown. It has a michigan rebuilt title because of that. The interior lights are all LEDS super white. This car is a very beautiful ,and I get a lot of compliments about it. 2014 Acura MDX SH-AWD
Thu, 15 May 2014There are certain vehicles on sale today that are affected by what I call 'Camry Syndrome.' Named after Toyota's ubiquitous family hauler, Camry Syndrome affects a fair number of cars and trucks, many of which are exceedingly popular with consumers.
The issue I have with these vehicles is that while they're adequate, they lack ambition. Their looks are clean and reasonably attractive, but they're not particularly stylish, let alone adventuresome or - heaven forbid - polarizing. Their interiors are comfortable and well screwed together, with the sort of popular features that consumers expect at a given price point. Their engines are decently powerful and vocal enough to set the heart very slightly aflutter, yet they're not too thirsty. Their transmissions are invisible and their rides are best described with whatever buzzword synonym Joe Consumer might come up with for "sporty" or "luxurious." In short, they're boring.
In reality, provided they sell well, there's really nothing wrong with automakers building Camry Syndrome vehicles - they're reasonably competent at everything and clearly meet a need. The problem is that I want some aspects of my vehicle to be better than others, because contrast breeds character. I wish someone at Acura felt the way I did when it redesigned this MDX for 2014, because for me, there's so much of this premium crossover that's merely middle of the road.

Acura to roll out NSX Prototype for Mid-Ohio IndyCar race
Thu, 25 Jul 2013Acura will tease us yet again with its next-gen NSX when it makes an appearance at Mid-Ohio Raceway before the circuit's IndyCar race early next month. To be fair, the car's in-motion debut won't take the form of a production model - that's still a ways off - the vehicle will be a prototype. It'll be sporting custom graphics and an eye-catching paint (wrap?) job to draw the attention of the spectators, but really, we just want to hear this thing rounding the legendary road course at full chat.
The NSX prototype doesn't look to be much different from the various showcars we've seen over the last couple of years, with the same mid-engined, hybrid V6 power and all-wheel drive all present and accounted for.
The display will take place before the Honda Indy 200 IndyCar Series on August 4. The race itself starts at 3:00 pm and will be shown on NBC Sports Network.
