1997 Acura Tl 4-door Sedan 3.2l, Transmission Needs Work on 2040-cars

I am selling my 1997 Acurate 3.2 TL with more than 150,000 miles (the odometer is not functional and I estimate somewhere around 175,000 miles.) The car's transmission needs work and there is a slow leak of power steering fluid (one bottle a month will keep it full). It was in a minor collision (police car was stopped behind me when another car hit the police car which, in turn, hit my car on the back right bumper (see photos)). The only lasting effect is cosmetic, everything is functional: back right turn, brake, and backup lights work fine. I replaced the stock stereo with a nice MP3 capable stereo (remote included) and listened to audiobooks on my way to work with this car. I replaced all four tires less than 2 months ago. I have complete records for the car including oil changes and all repair records. It has been a good car for me. The Air Conditioning works very well. The interior leather seats are well cared for. The car is smoke free.

Acura TLX GT Racecar bringing the 'X factor' to Pirelli World Challenge
Tue, 14 Jan 2014One doesn't normally think of Acura offering anything to mix it up with the SRT Viper, Lamborghini Gallardo, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, Nissan GT-R, Audi R8 and Ferrari 458 Italia (at least while the NSX is still off in the ether), but that's exactly what's about to happen. Honda's premium outpost is jumping into the top tier of the Pirelli World Challenge with this 2015 TLX GT.
The surprise reveal of this racecar at today's Detroit Auto Show will be campaigned by RealTime Racing, no stranger to racing Acuras, in the GT class (previously, the team had campaigned the series a rung down in GT-S).
The racecar is powered by a twin-turbo variant of the direct-injected V6 to be found in the production TLX sedan, right along with its Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive system. There's no word on how much power this HPD-massaged engine will put out in race trim, but we won't have to wait long to hear it fire up - the car is set to take to the track with team owner Peter Cunningham at the wheel in the next few weeks.
Acura may go all AWD in bid to mimic Subaru's success

The Honda-owned luxury brand doesn't seem sure of where it's going or what it's trying to accomplish, with its cars and marketing lacking a coherent theme. Now, a new report from Automotive News claims that the brand could follow the success of Subaru and (to a lesser extent) Audi, and adopt all-wheel-drive as standard across its model range.
"I think that's the way we should go," Acura boss Koichi Fukuo told Automotive News.
Acura already offers some form of all-wheel drive on every vehicle in its line aside from the lamentable ILX sedan. That could change as Acura begins rolling out next-generation versions of its still relatively new stable of sedans and crossovers.
Honda and Acura render their future visions for Shanghai
Mon, 08 Apr 2013With the Shanghai Motor Show coming up later this month, Honda has released a couple of teaser sketches for two concept vehicles that will be making global debuts. Aside from the renderings, there is no information about either the Honda or Acura concept vehicles, but we can tell that both are some sort of utility vehicle, be they of crossover or people-mover variety.
The text for both images indicates that both concepts show future products that will be launched in China, but there is no mention as to what other markets the automaker has planned for these vehicles. In addition to these two concepts, the NSX Concept and 2014 RLX from Acura will make their Chinese debuts, and Honda says it "will display models substantially identical to the mass-production version of the Concept C and Concept S." The Concept C is will be a "middle-class" sedan built for China, and the Concept S, an MPV that will primarily serve China as well.
