Hi, I have a CLEAN AND CLEAR 1992 Acura NSX (conservative tune) pushing 405 whp at 7psi on 91 octane. I bought this car from Las Vegas Nevada in Summer of 2008. I drove it from Vegas to SLC Utah with no issues. This non-smoker NSX. Has never seen snow and have been garaged since 2008 to present. This was my weekend cruising car, and I have put little miles since owning it. I've slowly did some aftermarket upgrading on this NSX, and I believe have been "tastily" modified. Below is a list of some of the stuff that was put in. Even though the engine is turboed, I've never raced the NSX on or off the track. Just spirited driving up the canyons once in a while. Never been abused in my pocession of owning it. I just built it to what i thought Honda/Acura should've done from the beginning to compete with the other JDM super cars. The NSX never had any issues passing my local State Safety and Emissions inspections. The NSX is not my first Japanese exotic cars. I've owned 2 Toyota Supra TT, Silvia s14, and Lexus GS300 TT swap before I purchased this NSX.

I believe I have some more that I forgot to mention, but ill ad it as I remember. I had the all the Engine work upgrades, and inspected during the installation of the Turbo system by JOE at TurboLabs (Orem, Utah). Joe also did the Turbo tuning which I have all the recites for all his great service. I believe this NSX is road worthy of a cross country trip. My wife and I recently took it to Las Vegas(1100 miles round trip) for the weekend and it ran perfect there and back. I've enjoyed every miles on the NSX I've put, but its now time to sell due to a growing family. I can not just get into my car and drive up the canyons as I used to, but got to drag along 2 extra car seats to do so  :-) . Im hurting to sell the NSX, but just sitting there in the Garage...

Picure 1 shows the NSX on double staggered 18/19 Enkei RPF1.
Picure 22 and 23 shows the Stock block taken out at TurboLabs for inspection, and rebuild for the turbo installation.

Tach "once in a while" gets sticky in the 2k range, but does not affect performance.
Overall the paint is in good/excellent condition for its age.

I have tried to described all the goods and bads of the NSX as best as I can off top of my head. This being a 1992 year, and please have reasonable expectations for the age and mileage. 2019 Acura NSX quick spin review | Japan takes on the world, again

Wed, Feb 6 2019

I drove the 2019 Acura NSX on track a while back, and it's an absolute freight train. But now that I've driven it in the snow and the rain and our pothole-riddled streets around Southeast Michigan, I can tell you about what it's like to live with the Japanese supercar. Our tester was painted in gorgeous Casino White pearl. It's a stunner in this color, highlighting the NSX's proper supercar styling – impressions were reinforced by the constant stares and craned necks over a cold November weekend. All $21,600 of carbon fiber exterior parts (several carbon packages combined) probably didn't contribute a whole lot to this, but man does it look cool up close. Updates to the 2019 car consist mostly of more suspension and tire to give it the edge it was missing before. Stiffer stabilizer bars, rear toe link bushings and re-tuned magnetorheological dampers do the bulk of the work. A complete recalibration of the steering and SH-AWD system ties it all together, and boy does it work wonders. Of course, I spent most of my time inside the NSX, which, just like before the 2019 update is the most controversial part of this car. Acura likes to say it has "excellent ergonomics" and "simple driver interfaces presented with elegant materials." Critics say it looks like any other Acura, giving the nearly $200,000 supercar a cheap vibe. I think there's a disconnect between what Acura thinks is a perfect supercar interior – a focus on superb visibility and ease of use so you can focus on driving – and what enthusiasts are hardwired to believe a supercar interior should be – wild, at times nonsensical, and exotic. I find myself on Acura's side in this debate, more so after spending so much time in the cabin. The skinny A-pillars, long windows and excellent view out the rear make driving this car through rush-hour traffic a calming adventure. Our car's blue/black leather and suede interior combination looks the business and feels luxurious — the $3,800 carbon fiber interior package helps it feel exotic. I spent plenty of hours in the saddle over a long weekend and was never fatigued or sore from the seat. The car is downright approachable to drive for anybody, partly thanks to the straightforward interior. The only part that ever frustrated me was the lack of a volume knob, an annoyance carried over from Honda. One knob you will end up using often is the giant Dynamic Mode control knob. I did most of my commuting in either Quiet or Sport mode.

2015 Acura TLX

Mon, 04 Aug 2014

Immediately after landing at Washington's Dulles airport, an Acura representative handed me the keys to a 2014 TSX with fewer than 180 miles on its clock. The four-cylinder engine started and I pointed its signature beak towards a destination in Middleburg, VA. It was a curious move by the Japanese automaker, especially considering that I had flown no less than 2,300 miles to drive the discontinued vehicle's ostensible successor, the all-new 2015 Acura TLX.
Yet spending a solid 40 minutes with a sparkling-new version of the outgoing model that still smelled showroom fresh, allowed me an opportunity to scrutinize the dropped sedan and remind myself why it had never really blown me away - it was good at doing many things, but truly great at doing none.
Time with the TSX also started me thinking about the Acura TL, the second model that the TLX will effectively replace. I have better memories of the slightly larger sedan, especially the SH-AWD 6MT trim - it's a solid driver's car - but it, too, fell short in areas where competitors, including the Audi A4, BMW 3 Series, Cadillac ATS, Lexus IS and Mercedes-Benz C-Class, excelled.

2017 Acura MDX Sport Hybrid goes on sale in April for $52,935

Wed, Mar 15 2017

If you like the hybrid tech of the Acura NSX, but don't need a six-figure, 191-mph supercar as your daily driver, you might enjoy the extra room of the Acura MDX Sport Hybrid. It uses the same SH-AWD system with three electric motors as its racier stablemate – and puts a naturally aspirated 3.0-liter V6 up front – but seats up to seven people. It goes on sale in early April, and Acura has announced a starting MSRP of $52,935. The MDX Sport Hybrid starts at $7,910 higher than the base, front-wheel-drive MDX, but only $1,500 more than the comparably equipped, non-hybrid MDX SH-AWD. It offers 31 more ponies, for a total of 321 peak horsepower and of 289 pound-feet of torque. It's less expensive than the other Acura to use the Sport Hybrid system, the RLX sedan, which starts at $59,950. (That car incurs a price premium of $5,500 over its P-AWS-equipped FWD base model; there's no non-hybrid AWD RLX.) The MDX Sport Hybrid gets an EPA-rated 26 mpg city, 27 highway, and 27 combined. Compared to the conventional MDX SH-AWD's 18/26/21 mpg rating, its biggest fuel economy gains are to be found in city driving. The Sport Hybrid's figures are even slightly better than the 25/26/26 mpg Acura expected when the car debuted in New York last year. The MDX Sport Hybrid should be fairly entertaining to drive, too, at least for a utility vehicle. It's Acura's most powerful SUV to date, and it offers four driving modes: Comfort, Normal, Sport, and Sport+. A seven-speed dual-clutch transmission handles the gear changes, but the driver can take control via a pair of paddles on the back of the steering wheel. The SH-AWD system's torque vectoring feature promises to help make the MDX proficient in the twisty bits, too. Related Video:
