Up for sale is a 1998 Acura Integra GS-R in supersonic blue pearl. It is a 5-speed, manual, 2 door coupe with 197K miles. Interior is in great shape. Since I bought it in 2012, I put no more than 2,000 miles on it and have not needed to make any mechanical repairs but it's running great for a 15-year old car. AC is working great. I am the 6th owner, the previous owner was unable to give me a service history. It is bone stock with original motor and transmission with the following extras added:
Sunroof -- Alpine CD player with iPod/Aux inputs, removable face -- Front/rear Polk Audio speakers (no tweeters) -- Front/rear Koni Yellow Sport Dampers -- Front/rear Hawk HP Plus Sport/Track brake pads -- Ground Control Adjustable Coilover Conversion Kit (Spring rate = 450 Front / 400 Rear) -- Rear Skunk2 Lower Control Arms -- 15 in White Rota Grid Wheels wrapped in Kumho Ecsta XS tires (205/50R-15) -- Blue NGK Spark Plug Wires -- Acura Type-R Red Valve Cover (OEM) -- AEM Blue CAI system -- Momo Suede racing steering wheel
All the above work has about 1,000 miles. Wheels and tires are in perfect shape. I had intended on making it a track car project but never got that involved with it but could be a good starter if looking to do so. All the original equipment that was removed has been trashed. The car was just inspected and passed, but the airbag (SRS) light still remains on due to switching out the steering wheel. The interior is in really good shape with no rips or tares on the seats or dash. All power windows/locks work fine including sunroof that has no leaks. Could use some new paint. A portion of the rear bumper was melted when a piece of heavy machinery bumped into it. No rust. Clean title. Will provide paper copy and email carfax report if requested.

Acura ZDX getting the axe after 2013 despite new updates [w/poll]
Wed, 10 Oct 2012The Acura ZDX hasn't exactly lived a conventional existence, so perhaps we shouldn't be surprised that its death announcement isn't going according to standard industry protocol, either. Parent company Honda has taken the unusual step of trumpeting a refreshed-for-2013 model while simultaneously announcing that this will be the model's last year. According to Acura, the model's cancellation comes as the brand "sharpens its focus on new models and core products" like the forthcoming RLX sedan.
The audaciously styled crossover has been, to be charitable, a very reluctant seller since its 2009 introduction, but for 2013, Acura is jazzing up its concept car for the street with new kit. The changes include a lightly reworked front shield grille along with new power folding side mirrors and new tech features including lane departure and forward collision warning systems.
We'd say that announcing the model's discontinuation at the same time one is presenting a freshened model could hurt sales, but we're not sure there's anyone paying attention. Last year, Acura managed to shift just 1,564 units of the ZDX, giving it the No. 4 spot on our Worst Sellers of 2011 list. Through September, Automotive News reports that only 642 examples have been sold in 2012, making it one of the rarest new cars on the market.
The Aston Martin Rapide leads this month's list of discounts
Thu, Aug 13 2020Aston Martin was an early entrant into the coupe-shaped sedan battlefield with its rakish Rapide. It was first shown in concept form in 2006 at the Detroit Auto Show before finally going into production in 2010. Ten years have passed since then, and this could well be your last chance to drive a new Rapide off your neighborhood Aston Martin dealership's lot as the four-door is replaced by the DBX crossover. If you've got your eye on a new Rapide — and congratulations if so — you'll be pleased to know that you can snag a 2019 model for the low price of just $217,484. Sure, that's still a lot of money, but it's $24,341 off the car's average $241,825 sticker price. That's the largest monetary savings of August, 2020, and it represents a discount of a little over 10%. And even if the Rapide is getting a little long in the tooth, it's still a strikingly beautiful machine, particularly in its most recent AMR guise. Looking for something different but still extremely rapid? The 2019 Acura NSX is selling for an average transaction price of $142,141. That's an 11% savings off its sticker of $159,703. Or you could opt for a Maserati Quattroporte if you'd like the convenience of a luxury sedan but not the price of the Aston Martin – the four-door Trident-badged machine's average transaction price this month of $107,372 is a 12.4% discount. And if none of that is up your alley, you could go full baller with a Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV for $320,085. That's a savings of $12,665 off the car's average retail price of $332,750. Just think of how much Grey Poupon you could afford with all that leftover cash.
