"WELL OVER $25,000.00 INVESTED IN ALL CUSTOM WORK AND BMW PARTS"
(NOT INCLUDING ACTUAL VEHICLE VALUE)
*Be certain to read ALL of the features written all over this listing.  ALL of the customized features are NOT listed only here under the "description", so be sure to read EVERYWHERE and EVERYTHING in ths listing so you are aware of all of the custom work that has been done.  There are SO MANY customized things about this car, it would take up too much space here. I am saying this because there are other areas while I was setting up this listing where I had to list ALL options and features.  At this point of setting up the listing, I just do not know where all of these things are going to end up being posted.  Also, very important for you to be aware, is that I purchased this car the way you see it. I personally did NOT do any of the customized work on this vehicle.  The only thing I have done since purchasing this car was normal maintenance.  I also ONLY USE "FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL" for every single oil change!  It is more expensive, but well worth it, especially for this "engine sent from engine"!  Unfortunately, since I did not do ANY of the work on this car, nor do I know how to do ANY of this type of work, I may be unable to answer certain questions that you may have regarding anything to do with specifics on the customization process of this car.

I am also open to "any" offer, but please do me a huge favor and do not insult my intelligence by making an offer that is obviously not fair and too low.  I will only review REALISTIC OFFERS.

The front end, rear end and side rear view mirrors were all used from an actual BMW vehicle.  This is why most people that see the car think that it is a BMW.  He also used true OEM "BMW" badges on both the front and the rear of the vehicle.  My honest opinion when I first purchased the car, I also thought that it was some type of a BMW vehicle.  After I purchased the car, I purchased chrome letters and numbers to put on the car for a "made up" model number!! LOL!! These can obviously be removed if you do not want a model number on the vehicle.

This car drives, runs and handles EXTREMELY WELL.  For such a small engine, this car is SUPER FAST!!!  This is due to the fact that this vehicle has the RARE GS-R Model and the VTECH ENGINE.  Also, having a manual transmission helps a lot too!  This car is also extremely FUN TO DRIVE.  You will never get sick of driving this car.

Also be prepared that this car is a "REAL HEAD TURNER"!!  When I stop at traffic lights, people have taken photos from their cell phones.  People pull up next to me and wants to ask me a million questions about the car (while at a red light don't forget!  LOL!!).  Also, whenever I have to leave the car or get into the car and people see the door lift straight up, instead of "out" like all other cars, they go literally crazy!  I would say that the Chameleon $12k paint job brings the most attention to the car. Depending on how the light hits the car, it has three (3) different colors (BLUE/PURPLE/EMERALD GREEN.  The bottom line is when you see and drive this car you truly will only then understand how truly special this car really is.  If you do NOT like "attention" then I highly recommend that you do NOT purchase this car! LOL!  You are going to get a HUGE AMOUNT OF ATTENTION no matter what you do.

Since the car's suspension is using Nitrogen Air along with the switch box (controls exactly which part of the car you want raised and/or lowered), you will need to have the canisters re-filled once they run out of air.  I will provide you with two (2) tanks upon the delivery of the car.  When I purchased the car, I was only given one (1) canister and then later purchased a second one.  This makes it a lot easier and less of a hassle to have the tank(s) re-filled as often.  The person I purchased the car from advised me that whenever he would "show" the car at a Car Show, he would DROP THE CAR ALL OF THE WAY TO THE GROUND, which makes it look extremely cool (you should NEVER drive the car in this low of a position.  He also advised me that he would change it up every once in a while, for example, he would have the rear end up high and the front end down really low, or the other way around, and have the front end up really high and the back end really low.  The great thing about having this air suspension is that you are able to customize the "lift" of the car at the touch of a button anytime!  You should also NEVER change the suspension level while driving the car.  Any suspension adjustments should be completed while the car is stopped and turned off (for safety reasons).

It is also really cool how people always ask me "what BMW is that"? or "what the heck kind of car is that"?  Believe me, you will get a million questions wherever you go with this car, especially if you have to open one or both of the doors on the car, because both doors open straight up instead of straight "out" like most cars. Once people see you get our or get into the car and have to open the door, you are pretty much guaranteed to get over loaded with people surrounding you, taking pictures with their cell phones, asking you questions, etc. etc.  Honestly, if I am in a rush to go anywhere, there are times that I use a different regular car so that I am not held up with people.

The person I purchased the car from also installed some type of "Cold Air Intake" in the engine.  He advised me that it increases the power "big time".  Since I do not know much about cars or engines in general, I really have no idea what this added feature is and do not know exactly how it improves the overall performance of the car.  He also advised me that due to the installation of this Cold Air Intake, it makes certain lights on the dashboard light up, such as the "check engine" light and a few others. He told me that he was unable to hook this part up into the engine without these lights turning on the dashboard. He assumed that since the part was not installed by the manufacturer nor made by Acura (Honda), it will not accept it in the engine's computer.  To be honest, I was a little worried about the "check engine" light being on, along with some others, but now, after owning the car and driving it for so long, I now know that there is absolutely nothing wrong that I was made aware of.

There is SO MUCH MORE to write about this car that I could literally write a book! So, I will leave you with what I have already written and the photos for you to study.

This is truly a "once in a lifetime" opportunity to own an EXTREMELY RARE AND WANTED Acura/BMW Integra GS-R Edition.  You will NEVER be able to locate this EXTREMELY RARE VEHICLE at this low of a price again!!!  Especially since it has under ONLY 70k original miles!!!

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT INCREASES THE OVERALL VALUE OF THIS VEHICLE:
Only 16% of ALL of the Acura Integra vehicles manufactured in 1998 have the GS-R Edition Engine with the "(VTECH) Vortec Engine"!!!  I would think that this alone makes this car at least double or triple in value!  Just think, obviously, anything that is extremely rare and hard to find increases the value automatically, in mostly any case, not just in cars alone, but in anything else also.

I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD "NEED" TO SELL THIS VEHICLE FOR THE REST OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!  This truly is killing me to be in this position to have to sell my most important item in my life.  I have been going through a 6 year divorce and have already spent over $300k between myself and my mother in order to get custody of my children.  How can you place a price tag on a child's head? The answer is you CAN'T!!!  My Mother just recently passed away in January after a long fight with cancer.  My Mother actually sold her "paid in full" home and used ALL of the money towards this divorce!  On top of that, myself and my Mother have accrued a ton of credit card debt.  Now that she has passed away, our Final Divorce hearing is finally coming up VERY SOON!  We have also finally hit "rock bottom" financially and I do not have a choice but to sell my car for a lot less than it is really worth.  Our original plan was to use my Mother's credit cards for the Final Hearing.  Now that she is no longer here, I am unable to use those credit cards to pay for the rest of this divorce hearing.  Therefore, the ONLY things that I have left worth any money is this vehicle and a very small amount of jewelry of my Mothers.  There also was NO LIFE INSURANCE.  It is now just myself and my three (3) children left.  I am currently on temporary disability until I am finally able to have an operation to repair a Severe Chronic Pain situation that I have been living with for many years.

The reason I am telling you all of this is so that you understand and and most important "believe" the reason for the sale and why the price is SOOOOOOO LOW!

If you have ANY questions and/or concerns, please be sure to email me PRIOR to placing any bids or purchasing the vehicle.  Again, I will only seriously consider any Best Offers that do not insult my intelligence and are offers that are realistic.

GOOD LUCK!!

* The car does need some fiberglass work on the front and rear end.  I apologize, but since I do not know pretty much anything about cars at all, I am not able to provide you with exact details regarding any of the exterior and interior work that needs to be completed.  Keep in mind that when I purchased this car, I purchased it "AS IS" and ALL of the customized work had already been done.  To be honest, it really does not matter what repairs the car needs because the price is SO LOW that no matter how much it would cost to make this car look like it just drove off of the "NEW CAR" lot, there is still a ton of profit left over to actually be able to purchase another very nice car!  IMPORTANT:  I would suggest for you to review the full "DESCRIPTION" of the condition of the vehicle and most importantly, is for you to review ALL of the photos for as long as you wish!

p.s. Please also be aware that in the photos of the exterior of the car, the front hood was opened, and was NOT (out of line of the car).  The hood was opened because I was trying to work on connecting a cable to the front hood so that it can be opened "under" the front of the car (and hidden from site 100%) in case of an emergency and need to gain access to the car's battery and entry into the car (since there are no door handles).  Or if there is an emergency and need to gain access to the car, you can always open the hatchback and get inside of the vehicle.  I never even thought about this issue when I purchased the car!  Once I realized that the only way to get inside of a "regular" car is by using the door handles, I had to make sure that there were other options to gain entry.

PAYMENT:  Vehicle is to be picked up at the time of full payment being made to the seller (myself).  Buyer agrees that immediately upon the winning of this auction you will pay the $500.00 non-refundable deposit using PayPal ONLY.  Upon coming to pick up the vehicle the full balance must be paid in full using either CASH (suggested use), Cashier's Check, Money Order or PayPal ONLY. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE EXCEPTED.  There are no returns or refunds after the sale is completed.

SHIPPING:  The buyer agrees to pick up the car within 5-7 days or sooner after the ending of the auction.  The seller will NOT pay for any delivery of this vehicle or ANY other associated costs involved with the delivery of the car to the buyer.  If Buyer wants to have car shipped anywhere, it must be in the USA ONLY and at the cost of the buyer only. The costs must be added to the winning bid amount.  Seller is willing to speak with you regarding the delivery of the car, but the car MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO HAVING THE CAR SHIPPED ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES.  I am a very "open" person to suggestion, so if you have any ideas or concerns about having the car delivered, please email me in advance prior to the ending of the auction so that there is sufficient time to work out something before the auction ends and it is then too late.  Please understand that I am not interested in delivering the vehicle anywhere and only want the vehicle picked up by the new owner or whoever is going to pay for the vehicle.  The clear car title is here, and will need to be signed by both the seller (myself) and the buyer.

Again, if you have any questions and/or concerns feel free to email me anytime and I will get back to you immediately.  Please be certain to ask any questions or take care of any concerns PRIOR to placing any bids/offers or use the "Buy it Now" option.

2019 Honda S2000 roadster rumors swell

Thu, May 19 2016

Our friends over at Car and Driver have been speculating about a possible S2000 roadster from an unnamed insider source. While there's not much to go on, it certainly squares with a steady drumbeat of sporty car innuendo surrounding the company. Let's briefly connect the dots and see if a Honda S2000 might be on the way by 2018, as the rumor says. The little roadster pictured above? Definitely not what a new S2000 would look like. That's the S660, which is sold in Japan and shares some components with the N-Box and N-One microcars. As we told you last year, after some hints that it would come to the US, Honda's brass decided it was too small. That was disappointing, but probably the right call. On the other hand, Honda finally brought out the 2017 Acura NSX, which may have its flaws but still represents a unique platform that the company spent a great deal of yen building ( in Ohio, by the way). It's that bit that the rumor hinges on: Honda's willingness to develop unique platforms for its sporty models. It'd need that for an S2000 revival, because there's certainly no Honda model that could donate its underpinnings at this moment. Honda execs have been clear that the company is under pressure from dealers over the lack of verve in the company's lineup. American Honda Executive Vice President John Mendel told Automotive News last year that dealers "want anything in the sports car world. They're going, 'Gimme a sports car.' They want a retractable hardtop; they want a high-horsepower $20,000-sports car. Because that's the nature of what they do." Honda is allegedly going to utilize some sunk cost by employing the new Civic Type R's engine in this roadster. That 2.0-liter turbocharged four makes 306 hp in the Civic, and would make slightly less than that in the S2000, according to the rumor. At this stage, these rumors are mostly wishful thinking fanned by the flames of dealer pressure for sporty models. We hope Car and Driver's insider has it right, because the S2000 was a phenomenal car that deserves a follow-up – and Honda deserves more fun cars in its American showrooms. Acura gives us a peek at 'Type S' concept debuting at Monterey Car Week

Thu, Aug 1 2019

We’ve known that Acura is bringing the Type S moniker back since the Detroit Auto Show in 2018. Spy shots have shown what may be Type S versions of current Acuras out testing in heavy camouflage, but we still arenÂ’t sure what the first new Type S will be after the long drought. What weÂ’re getting today is a teaser for an Acura Type S Concept slated to debut at Monterey Car Week. The car is shrouded in plenty of shadows and darkness, but a body shape emerges from the teaser video. Just like the stunning Acura Precision Concept, the Type S Concept is going to take the form of a four-door coupe. A report from earlier this year pegged this show car to be a near production-ready vehicle in the likes of the Precision Concept. Looking at the silhouette tells us that prediction was on to something. Acura says that this conceptÂ’s purpose will be to “set the design direction for the return of Type S variants to the Acura lineup in the years ahead.” WeÂ’ll be seeing it in an event Aug. 15. Folks will be able to check it out at The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering the following day or at the actual Pebble Beach Concours dÂ’Elegance on that Sunday. The one teaser image Acura provided shows a rather striking taillight element and an assumed quad exhaust design. ThereÂ’s an aggressive-looking diffuser and a prominent spoiler gracing the rear-end. It also proudly displays the Type S badge on the trunk lid. We get some hints at the new Type S direction here, but weÂ’ll reserve judgment for seeing the car as a whole. You'll find a quick teaser video at the bottom of this post, too. WeÂ’re sure youÂ’re all as excited as we are about the return of Type S. Acura made some pretty sweet Type S variants over the years, our favorite most likely being the sporty RSX Type S. There were other even more intriguing S-badged Honda vehicles overseas, too. It was never sold in America, but the original NSX received both Type S and Type S Zero variants in Japan. ItÂ’ll be interesting to see which current models Acura decides are worthy of the Type S badge this time around. Our bet is on the TLX and RDX to begin with. However, what weÂ’d really love to see is a return to the hot compact car segment. Honda has done such an impressive job with the Civic Type R at its relatively low price point. Why not spread some love to a small, sporty Acura, because the ILX in its current form just doesnÂ’t cut it when your history is full of fun-to-drive Integras.

2019 Acura ILX first drive | New looks, same lackluster performance

Mon, Oct 29 2018

Acura knows what it takes to make a fun, compact car that enthusiasts desire. It did so for three decades with the Integra, which eventually morphed into the still fun RSX. Then the ILX came around for the 2013 model year, and the world collectively yawned. It's actually still yawning, and the 2019 redesign isn't doing a whole lot to change that. One might expect more wholesale changes from a car entering its seventh year on the market, but we're still staring down the barrel of the same 201 horsepower 2.4-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder and trick dual-clutch automatic transmission (which also features a torque converter for low-speed smoothness) from before. These pieces aren't necessarily the problem though. It's enjoyable to thrash the engine out to 7,000 rpm, and the dual-clutch snaps off surprisingly quick shifts when using the paddles in manual mode. It's a bit of a throwback to before all of Honda's performance engines switched to turbocharging for power. It pulls harder the more you wring it out, and begs to be paired with a slick-shifting six-speed manual like it was in the ninth-gen Civic Si. Sadly, everything else outside the powertrain (still) just misses the mark. The greatest part of Acura's old performance compacts was how they made you feel when you were driving them. There was an intimate connection between the driver and road at all times that is sorely lacking from the ILX. Turn in feel is soft and doesn't offer satisfying quick changes of direction. The old chassis feels its age in controlling body movements too. It all culminates in making the ILX feel like a larger car than it actually is. That's not to say the ILX handles poorly, though; it simply does so without any eagerness or feel — just like it has from the beginning. This is unfortunate because the ILX looks better than it ever has. Acura re-did the whole front nose from the A-pillar forward, and it attacked the rear fascia too. We got to check out and drive A-Spec trimmed cars, which add even more aggression to the styling but no performance upgrades. Sure there's three-too-many fake air vents, but the car finally grew some teeth compared to the ultra-bland looks from before. Props for not following the terrible industry trend of totally unreasonably-sized fake exhaust outlets too. The interior isn't as exciting.
