1990 Acura Integra Rs Hatchback 3-door 1.8l on 2040-cars
Woodbury, New Jersey, United States
Just traded-in. You are looking at a 1990 Acura Integra RS with 221,853 on the odometer. It had a full motor rebuild approximately 40,000 miles ago. It was used as my customers everyday driver but due to medical issue, he was forced to trade it in. It runs and drives 100%. There are thousands of dollars of upgrades. Feel free to come take a look at it or even take it for test drive. It does not have air conditioning. It has a 5-speed manual transmission, carbon fiber hood, aftermarket radio, RS Type steering wheel, gauges on the pillar, an Injen air intake and much more. Feel free to call me if you have any questions (856)840-5999. I have been selling cars for 15 years but I'm not very knowledgeable on this type of vehicle. It is probably worth much more than I even know. It is being sold AS IS with no warranty either written or implied. Integrity Auto Group is a highly reputable used car dealership that specializes in 2004-2009 vehicles. Thanks for your interest. The vehicle is located in Woodbury Heights, NJ. Also, the vehicle has a clean title. Because we are a NJ licensed dealer, if you are the winning bidder and live in NJ, we must collect sales tax from you. The title will then be stamped "NJ Sales Tax Satisfied". If you live outside of NJ, this does not apply to you at all. One last thing. The customer who traded to vehicle in to us also gave us a variety of extra parts. For example, we have the original steering wheel, rear hatch hydraulic struts, etc. All of these parts are included as well. |

2013 Acura ZDX
Wed, 09 Oct 2013What Is, What Could Have Been, And What May Yet Be
History is largely unkind to losers. That's true in the world of politics and sports, and it follows on with a few caveats in the realm of automobiles.
In terms of cars, historic losers tend to be remembered in one of two broad ways. Every once in a while, unsuccessful or oddball models actually make reputational gains after some time away from the new-car marketplace. I consider the Saab 9-2X one of the recent poster children for this group; a car that moved like molasses on dealer lots in the mid-2000s but has morphed into a sort of hard-to-find, used gem in recent years. More often, though, that which was unloved when new remains unloved with tens or hundreds of thousands of miles on the odometer. Pontiac's seriously misunderstood Aztek has king status here (despite the wailings of oddball fan clubs across the nation), so much so that invoking "Aztek" as a pejorative stopped being pithy about a dozen years ago.
New Honda ad has Senna, Type R, Asimo, and astronauts
Mon, Aug 17 2015Now that Honda is back into the guts-and-performance game, automotively speaking, the Japanese company has hit the throttle on hardcore imagery. Its latest is in an ad for the company itself highlighting a small selection of its ample range of products, from motorcycles to an airplane and the coming Acura NSX, branded Honda in other markets. Called "Ignition," Wieden+Kennedy created the 90-second spot for Honda Motor Europe, with the tagline "Dare to do what others only dream of." The theme is a space launch, to give that "feeling of daring and human endeavor," perfectly supported by the print artwork with Asimo the robot up front and fabulously complicated hybrid V6 power units spewing flames from the Formula 1 cars in back. Then there's the family in the HR-V in the middle, defying gravity and sipping from juice boxes, because space is for everyone. Ayrton Senna makes a cameo again, and a Stanley Kubrick aesthetic hangs all over the production. You can check out the ad in the video above.
Acura MDX teaser photos show an upscale interior
Fri, Oct 9 2020After teasing us with an exterior image of the fourth-generation Acura MDX a week ago, Acura has now followed up with images of the interior. The exterior teaser was done up in "Tron" style, but these interior shots go beyond outlines to reveal some details that are much less obscured. Acura promises the MDX will be the "most premium and performance-focused" version of the SUV yet and has earned "elevated status" as the brand's flagship. (Only about 1,000 of the RLX were sold in North America last year, vs. 52,000 of the MDX, so it seems the big sedan got demoted as flagship. Aw.) The MDX's instrument panel is lower and wider, Acura says, and the interior is trimmed out in real open-pore wood. The leather dash is "hand-wrapped" with French seams. All three rows of seating surfaces are quilted, with perforations done in a gradated design, and there is contrasting piping and stitching. Massaging front seats add to the premium experience. Acura promises a variety of new technologies in the cabin, including what it calls the Acura Precision Cockpit, along with a mighty wide-looking HD infotainment screen and Acura's dynamic ELS Studio 3D sound system with 25 speakers. (Where do they put them all?) After Acura did great things with the RDX and the new 2021 TLX, we expect the MDX redesign will follow suit in reinvigorating the brand. The MDX will likely offer the same engines as in the TLX: a 272-horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder as the base engine, and a 355-horsepower turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine as an option. But we should know more about all of the above when the prototype Acura MDX — albeit a very-near-production prototype — will be revealed next Wednesday, Oct. 14. Related Video:
