Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 Business Days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

ZMC Auto Sales collects taxes for out of state buyers. Taxes and Fees are determined by the State and/or county. Any out of state buyer that pays Indiana sales tax will receive an ST108 tax form stating that the sales tax has already been collected in Indiana. When you register the vehicle in your state you need to present the ST108 tax form to show that taxes have already been collected, depending on your state you may have to pay the difference between Indiana sales tax (7.00%) and your states sales tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
