Volvo has a real reputation for building some of the safest and most reliable vehicles on the road and this one is no exception. This Volvo is truly masterpiece in design, engineering and quality.
Since this vehicle was garaged, there is no rust on the car. The paint is in great condition, very shiny with no dents. CROSS COUNTRY - AWD - 4x4. The aluminum wheels are in great condition, too. The engine is not overheating, not shaking. it is a very smooth car. No worning lights on at all. The seats are almost like new. It still smells like new. All the windows and the sunroof work properly. The wheels are balanced. All four wheels have plenty of thread left - 90%. All tires have the same size. They are almost new and fresh!
The car overall is in immaculate condition!

Everybody knows that the price for the gas these days is not a joke. This vehicle has 5 cylinder engine. Just to mention the displacement is 2.4 liter which gives you great fuel economy and at the same time it is powerful enough to move this vehicle quickly. Once again, this vehicle is very economical on gas. The final winner will be satisfied when the slippery situation will occur. The car has also heated seats which are very desirable in winter!
Please understand that this is a new dealership and the fact that we do not have so much history should not make u feel unsafe. I encourage customers to ask questions, bring mechanics and inspect the car before buying. Please call me for more info at 954-549-8090.
I tried to indicate all the imperfections and as you can see, they are negligible.
There is an indication that timing belt was replaced previously. The car was recently serviced. As you see, pedals are not worn out at all. I also tried to indicate the faults on the pictures. The car has lots of maintaince and it shows.
Volvo. For life.
Good luck bidding on this beautiful Volvo. I will also take reasonable offer before the end of the auction.

New Lotus SUV could be based on Volvo architecture
Tue, Mar 20 2018Last year, Chinese carmaker Geely upped its stake in Lotus to a majority, recently investing more money into the British brand. Now, talking with Automotive News, CEO Jean-Marc Gales says Geely has approved three new models: two sports cars and the third an SUV. The sports cars will be announced later this year, and they will reach production in 2020. The last time a properly new Lotus debuted was in 2009 with the Evora, so a decade later new products are certainly due. But what about that SUV? Autocar says that since Geely also owns Volvo, that makes it possible for Lotus to base the SUV onto the Volvo SPA platform, which is also used in the XC60 and XC90. The choice of platform would mean the SUV would have to be a four-cylinder model, but that's nothing new to Lotus. It could even use Volvo's "Twin Engine" hybrid setup, which would mean a power output of over 400 horsepower as stock, and that with Lotus' eagerness for lightness could be a potent combination. Autocar quotes Gales as saying, "It will go round bends like nothing else in its segment." The target weight for the approximately Porsche Macan-sized SUV is under 2,000 kilos (4,400 pounds), and the Macan weighs 4244 pounds in 400-hp Turbo guise. The Lotus SUV is projected to hit the market in "about four years," and it's very likely to be built in China instead of Britain, as the Chinese market is very enticing — especially for this class of vehicle. The vehicles will still be designed at Lotus' Hethel HQ. Related Video:
Ford, Volvo, Google, Uber and Lyft form self-driving alliance
Tue, Apr 26 2016Five companies arguably leading the worldwide effort to develop autonomous cars said Tuesday they're forming an organization to lobby the federal government to better prepare America's roads for self-driving technology. The founding members include some of the biggest companies in the automotive, autonomous, and ride-sharing realms – Ford, Google, Lyft, Uber and Volvo. Operating as the "Self-Driving Coalition for Safer Streets," they aim to work with lawmakers and regulators to clarify a disparate set of rules and regulations at both the state and federal levels that could hinder the deployment of autonomous cars. "The U.S. risks losing its leading position due to the lack of federal guidelines for the testing and certification of autonomous vehicles." – Hakan Samuelsson David Strickland, a former administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration who issued the first set of autonomous-related policies in that role (pictured below), will serve as the group's counsel and spokesperson. "The best path for this innovation is to have one clear set of federal standards, and the Coalition will work with policymakers to find the right solutions that will facilitate the deployment of self-driving vehicles," he said in a written statement. In January, Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx said his department would accelerate efforts to craft such federal standards. Those efforts include holding two public hearings on standards, the second of which is scheduled to be held Wednesday in Palo Alto, California. Foxx signaled the intent to deliver them by June. Google has been leading the efforts to ensure such standards are national in scope, warning their cars could run afoul of state-specific laws should they cross state borders or if standards varies between the federal efforts and regional ones. The complexity of such efforts was underscored recently, when NHTSA agreed that Google's software could be considered the driver of a vehicle for the purpose of meeting federal motor vehicle standards, an interpretation that would conflict with preliminary California rules that mandate a licensed driver operate a self-driving car that comes equipped with human controls like a steering wheel and brakes. At South By Southwest last month, Jennifer Haroon, Google's self-driving car business leader, said the company couldn't accomplish its goals under those regulations.
