Up for sale in this auction is a rare 1981 Volkswagen Rabbit truck. This vehicle has the 1.6L gasoline engine with a four speed manual transmission. The upside to this vehicle is immense. Whether you plan to restore it to its former glory to make a profit or to use as an everyday driver, this Rabbit has potential. Rabbits are exceptionally collectible and will only increase in value once renovated.  Purchased 10 years ago, we never had the time to repair and restore. This VW does not run and drive. There are a few cosmetic needs such as a radio, windshield, and paint. Not much is known about the engine components, but since it has been sitting for so long a fuel pump and carburetor cleanse is suggested. We are a wholesale dealership that has been making honest deals for over 20 years. We are a firm believer in trying to provide an honest car at a great price. Every effort has been made to properly represent the vehicles that are listed. We attempt to list all information that is known about the vehicle. Please understand that all “used” vehicles have parts that are subject to fail and will have normal wear including scratches and dings depending upon the vehicles year and miles. These vehicles are “used” and should not be thought of as “new”.


Payment Methods:
Cash(in-person only), certified check, bank wire transfer, or 3rd party financing. We do offer financing. A credit application must be filled out to be approved for financing. Please have all funds or pre- approved financing in place before making your final bid. Payment must be made in full with in 7 days of the close of the auction. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility. Deposits: To secure the vehicle the winning bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction.


Non Paying Bidder:
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of the auction or the vehicle has not been paid in full within 7 days after the close of the auction then we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to another qualified buyer.


Additional Fees & Taxes:
We are a wholesale dealer who does not believe in charging CASH buyers any additional documentation fees. If any sort of financing is used a $199 document fee will be assessed. A 9.3% Sales tax and title/registration fees will be accessed to all Arizona residents and or customers who plan on registering the vehicle in the State of Arizona within 365 days of the purchase date. All out of state customers are responsible for all city, county, state taxes and fees as well as title and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.


Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for the all of the shipping charges. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility to be transported. Upon request we will assist our customers in locating a reasonable transporter. Once the vehicle has left our facility we assume no responsibility to damages left to the vehicle. Warranty: All vehicles are sold “as is” with no warranty or guaranties. We do not offer any sort of warranties that can be purchased. A manufacturer’s warranty may still apply. An extended warranty may be purchased through the Manufacturer or a third party agency.
