This Florida car runs and drives great, has no rust and has spent just one year in Iowa. I could not believe it when it got 53mpg driving 75+mph. It has plenty of get up and go and plenty of life left with less than 123,000 miles. We have owned it just over a year and it really made driving fun and cheep, but we are building our home now and would rather put the money into the house.
It has mirror tinted windows and cloth seats. We give it synthetic Amsoil oil changes, replaced the clutch last spring and the timing belt was replaced around 62,000 miles so it is good for a while. There is a minor scratch by the drivers side handle. One glow plug broke off, makes no differance in the summer but it starts in Iowa winters if I run the glow plugs more than once. The ac could use work but the tinted windows helped us to get by without it. The front tires are ready to be replace which I could do for you, they are $80 a piece for Michelin quality tires.

VW promises 7-seat CUV for America in 2016
Mon, 13 Jan 2014On the eve of the Detroit Auto Show, Volkswagen chief executive Martin Winterkorn has confirmed the imminent arrival of a new crossover. The model, previewed at the same show last year by the CrossBlue concept pictured here, will be unique to the North American market when it arrives here in 2016. The new three-row, seven-seat crossover is part of an ambitious expansion plan on the part of Volkswagen and Audi in North America, where the two brands aim to sell a million vehicles by 2018.
That's a mighty big increase over the 600,000 vehicles which the Volkswagen Group sold here last year, but it's moving in the right direction: That number is already a 100-percent increase of what it sold here just five years ago. At that rate, VW should have little trouble meeting its goals, particularly with the arrival of the new crossover and the introduction of Golf production at its assembly plant in Puebla, Mexico. In fact, EV West brings a race-tested performance pedigree to back up those boasts. The company competed in the electric class at Pikes Peak, has run through the desert at Baja, and in general has successfully proved that battery-electric vehicles can compete at a high level.
