Excellent 1995 Eurovan Full Camper. I so hate to let this go as I know finding these clean is almost impossible. Very very clean van in and out. Trailer hitch installed to accept a bike rack but never used, new transmission installed by VW at 118k miles. Synthetic fluids, recent full service including coolant and transmission and synthetic oil. Ice cold A/C, No rips, holes or tears in top, excellent paint, excellent interior, no smells or stains of any kind, extremely clean van inside and out and simply no mechanical issues. Set the cruise at 70-75 and never misses a beat. New Batteries, Original manuals, all hoses and cords included as well. I purchased Van in Mesa AZ and I have never had it in bad
weather. It has been waxed yearly and taken great care of. BluTooth

Volkswagen to add 50k jobs by 2018
Thu, 04 Apr 2013Volkswagen still has its eyes set on becoming the top global automaker by 2018, and to get there, it's apparently going to need more boots on the ground. Automotive News Europe is reporting that VW is looking to increase its staff by 50,000 over the next five years - an increase of nine percent - which does not include an increase in its US dealer network.
According to the report, a majority of the growth will come from China where the automaker is also looking to double its production capacity in the same time frame. The Volkswagen Group is already expected to rival General Motors for the top sales spot in China this year, and such a rapid expansion in the region could make a good springboard for sales increases in other countries.
Volkswagen Tiguan and Touareg take the R-Line

Volkswagen's Detroit Auto Show presence is big on utility this year, with the CrossBlue three-row concept vehicle occupying the lion's share of the limelight, both literally and figuratively. But that isn't stopping Volkswagen from lavishing attention on its already established crossover and sport utility vehicles with new R-Line derivatives. The Tiguan and its big brother Touareg are getting a host of look-faster items to increase their sporting appeal.
On the outside, the Tiguan R-Line receives handsome 19-inch alloys peering out from beneath fender extensions, premium lighting (bi-Xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lamps), along with matching side skirts and a liftgate spoiler. On the inside, sportier accommodations include aluminum trim and a flat-bottom steering wheel with paddle shifters. As with other R-Line models, there are no powertrain modifications to go with the more aggressive visuals (that being the province of R standalone performance models like the R32), though the suspension has been firmed up an unspecified amount. The Tiguan R-Line will be available in front- or all-wheel drive configuration.
