There is wear and tear to the paint, seats, and overall car due to its age but with that in mind it is in good condition. Overall, needs cosmetic work but runs great: mechanically very sound. This bug is a classic, mostly original, 1972 Volkswagen Beetle with only 66,592 miles and an accident free history! Registration is up-to-date until February 2014 as well! It is a push-to-start classic, 4-speed manual with a lot of character as well as a sunroof! This car can be a great restoration project or daily driver, since it is mechanically sound and only needs cosmetic TLC. The engine was recently inspected and fine tuned by a professional mechanic and runs very well. It has a newly refurbished carburetor and also has had a new radio and speakers installed.

Top Gear drag races VW Golf R against McLaren 675LT and Porsche 911

Top Gear's latest quarter-mile drag race in the collects three very different performance vehicles: the 296-horsepower Volkswagen Golf R, 424-hp Porsche 911 Carrera GTS, and 666-hp McLaren 675LT. While each of these cars sit near the top of their segment, they each come from totally different rungs of the sports car price ladder. Spoiler alert, the Golf R doesn't win. But the final results illustrate the diminishing returns of price and performance. For example, the McLaren is only about a second quicker than the Porsche to 60 miles per hour, but the 675LT costs over 2.5 times more that the GTS. Related Video:

We've returned from a very busy week in Switzerland, and in going back over all of our 75 stories from the Geneva Motor Show, our editors have gathered up their personal favorite debuts from the European expo.
The wonderful thing about the Geneva show is just how wide of an array of vehicles are on display - everything from funny little one-off EVs to the most exotic of supercars to, well, truly ridiculous displays of coachbuilding.
