This is a beautiful 2007 Toyota Tundra Crewmax Limited TRD Offroad 4x4! It catches eyes any and everywhere you go! It drives and looks like a dream! It is in great shape, it does have some damage done to the rear fender (as pictured) from jackknifing a trailer. Other than that there are no major cosmetic flaws, only a few small scratches as any used pick-up truck will have. I am not going to do like most car company's do and detail it, and use cheap touch-up paint and try to cover up anything! What you see is what you get, a VERY nice truck. It has the 5.7 iForce engine with 88,500 miles. It is FULLY loaded! Leather seats, Sunroof, Heated seats, Dual Power Seats, built in factory navigation system, back-up camera, JBL 12 speaker sound system, 6 disc CD changer, AUX output, and soo much more its impossible to list it all!! The only thing this truck doesn't have that was available from factory is parking sensors! And that's just the Factory stuff! I have personally added a 3 inch Daystar leveling kit in the front with a 1 inch block in the rear, 20in XD Misfits, 35x12.50x20 Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ with half the tread, an Iron Cross front bumper with Pre-runner bar, PIAA LED fog lights, K&N Cold air intake, Spec-D black LED taillights, IPCW Bermuda led 3rd brake light, Depo black headlights, HID headlights, vent visors, Color Matched Bushwacker pocket style fender flares, and a Kobalt black toolbox (available for $100 extra) I'm positive there is more that I am leaving out but you just have to see it to believe it! It has 88,500 miles but it is my every day vehicle so the actual mileage will vary some. I took the truck to a body shop to get an estimate on how much it would cost to have the fender repaired but I knew I was planning on selling it and the truck hadnt had any previous work done and some people like to have there own work done there shop so I just decided to Leave it and take it off the value. The estimate was for $800 so I will take that off. If you have ANY questions please ask!! I am positive I left some stuff off so if you have anything you need to know ask! This truck is CLEAN! You have the right to test drive it and check it out before paying for it! I require a $500 down payment but if you find any issues and decide it isn't what you want, I can refund your deposit through PayPal. THIS TRUCK IS ALSO FORSALE LOCALLY AND I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END IT EARLY DUE TO LOCAL SALE! Do not let this truck go!!

Best cars for snow and ice in 2023 and 2024
Tue, Jan 23 2024What's the best car for snow? The real answer is "the one with winter tires." What do we mean by that? You could have the finest, most advanced all-wheel-drive system or four-wheel drive in the world, but if you're running all-seasons (the spork of tires), your fancy four-wheeler won't matter much. The odds are, any vehicle on the road running good winter tires will probably perform adequately in slippery, slushy and/or snowy road conditions. (Here's a more complete explanation of why winter tires are totally worth it). In other words, you don't really need any of the cars on this list. With a set of winter tires, countless others will do the job, and even these will be at their best with proper rubber. You can find a variety of winter tires for your car here at Tire Rack. Keep in mind that you will need a full set of four snow tires for safety and performance, no matter what you're driving. The days of your dad putting just two snows on the family truckster to get it moving in a straight line are long gone. Don't get us wrong, getting a car that performs well in snow and ice is still a worthy criteria for car buyers. According to the U.S. Transportation Department, 70% of Americans live in places that get snow and ice. And much of the country has been blasted with arctic air for much of the new year. So let's look at the cars. First, we're highlighting choices for a variety of buyers and price points. Second, we're not just considering snow; we're considering general wintery conditions people will experience driving to work or school. As such, these are all choices with advanced all-wheel-drive systems, usually with "torque-vectoring" systems that not only automatically shunt power front and back, but side to side between the rear axles. Most have extra ground clearance for getting through deep snow, and we prefer those vehicles with more responsive steering, throttles and transmissions that provide a greater sense of vehicle control in slippery conditions. Acura RDX Read our Acura RDX Review Acura's Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive system was one of the first to offer torque-vectoring, and besides often being touted for its ability to greatly enhanced dry-road handling, its benefits in the slick stuff can be profound. It's actually surprising that Acura hasn't leaned into this capability further by offering more rugged versions of its vehicles.
Toyota nears $40B cash reserve as calls grow for new investment, payouts
Wed, 05 Feb 2014With the April 15 tax deadline just a few months away, our US readers will be faced with a decision should they get a refund: save or spend? It seems this issue is one many of us face whenever there's a windfall, trying to decide whether we should set the money aside in an account of some sort or use it as a down payment on a new car or a trip to the Apple store. Unsurprisingly, major corporations face a similar, albeit more complex, issue.
Take Toyota, for example. With President Akio Toyoda at the helm, the Japanese manufacturer has gracefully weathered recalls and natural disasters, all while turning beaucoup profits. Last quarter, profits quintupled to 434.4-billion yen ($4.3-billion USD), according to Bloomberg. Toyota also upped its forecast for the end of fiscal year 2013 (which ends on March 31 for Japan), to a record 1.9-trillion yen (about $18.8 billion). Now, the Japanese brand is reportedly sitting on a cash pile of nearly $40 billion, leaving Toyoda-san in an envious predicament - what should the company do with all that money?
Some think Toyota should be doing something, anything with that big stack of cash.
4th-gen Toyota Prius production delayed by 6 months
Mon, 30 Jun 2014If you were holding off buying a new car in anticipation of the fourth-generation Toyota Prius arriving in 2015, your wait might be a little longer. Company insiders are claiming that production of the bestselling hybrid is being pushed back from spring to possibly as late as December 2015. Toyota is reportedly still making alterations to make sure everything is just right before it unleashes the all-important, efficient hatch on a waiting public.
According to unnamed sources speaking to Automotive News Europe, the main reasons for the delay aren't completely known. It's believed the engineers are still working on making the hybrid powertrain more efficient and improving the new Toyota Global Architecture modular platform. The insiders claim that the final production prototype of the Prius is still under development, and it might be November before it's finalized. From there, it usually takes around 12 months to tool up and for the first car to roll off the assembly line. It would be another year after that before the plug-in variant starts assembly. The national manager of Toyota Product Communications, Michael Kroll, told AutoblogGreen, "As you might expect, we can't comment on future product plans."
Despite the delay, some potential details have already emerged about the new hybrid. A company spokesperson recently told Autoblog via email that Toyota is engineering the next-gen Prius to have smaller, more power-dense electric motors and greater thermal efficiency. The new modular platform is also rumored reduce weight, and the changes could lead to a targeted 10 percent improvement in fuel economy.
