Great on gas... 21 city, 24 hwy. It has plenty of power to drive around town and in the interstate. New hitch was just installed a month ago. The TRANSMISSION was replaced 3 of Months ago and was reinforced with heavier clutches for towing and a small converter. 9 month warranty remaining. New brakes and rotors, + windshield was replaced as well . It has 169k miles.

Vehicle history is available. Check listing. Original paint, and '0" rust truck.  KBB shows $6700 value for a private party .

The truck is a 1997, so please do not expect a 2014 truck even though it has been well maintained.

It is a 4WD but it was disconnected by the previous owner. CV joints are missing in the front axle. 4x4 engage but does not work without CV joints.Vehicle is being sold As- Is. I never bother with the 4x4 because I do not use it. You can call it Pre runner or fix it if you really need to. The heater is not working properly, I am not sure why. Truck has a custom exhaust.

Clean FL truck. Minor issue; It seems like it was rear ended and the tailgate and rear bumper were replaced.

It serve me well I am sure it will for you. Check on Toyota Tacoma reviews

2015 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro priced from $41,285*

Fri, 29 Aug 2014

Just a few weeks after announcing pricing for the first two members of its TRD Pro Series, Toyota has finally dropped the final pricing details on its new Tundra TRD Pro. Like the Tacoma TRD Pro, the Tundra will be available in two different body styles, with a more affordable Double Cab and a roomier Crew Cab.
Prices start at $41,285 for the former and $43,900 for the latter - not counting a hefty $1,100 destination charge - effectively slotting Toyota's off-road-ready model between the $41,730, Double Cab Limited and $46,465, Crew Cab-only 1794 Edition trucks.
As we've covered previously, the TRD Pro models come with a raft of off-road gear that should help combat just about any terrain a driver may stumble across. TRD-tuned Bilstein shocks and TRD-tuned front springs add two inches to the big truck's ride height while the black, 18-inch TRD wheels and available Inferno Orange paint add a bit of visual sass. A new TRD dual exhaust system is also standard, which can confirm sounds great (review coming soon!).

Toyota FCV Concept comes one step closer to reality

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

When Toyota first conceptualized a gasoline-electric hybrid vehicle for mainstream Americans to drive, the initial response was pretty skeptical. Still, through relentless engineering and solid product after solid product, Toyota has built the Prius brand into the dominant force in the hybrid car market.
Something like that plan of attack is what the Japanese company is preparing for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, as well, and that attack is seeing a critical salvo fired today with the debut of this FCV Concept at the Tokyo Motor Show.
Though there's nothing substantive to be said about rumors of a 300-mile range or a sticker price around $50,000, the FCV concept does offer a few technical details. The sharp-beaked concept makes use of two high-pressure hydrogen tanks and boasts a power output density of three kilowatts per liter.

Toyota takes i-Road tests to the streets of Tokyo

Fri, Mar 21 2014

OK, here's where we think those road tests will start to get a little scary. Those super-narrow all-electric three-wheeled Toyota i-Road vehicles may have looked great sashaying through the towns of the French Riviera. But now? They're being tested in Tokyo. Hoo boy. The Japanese automaker says it'll start testing the i-Roads in the country's largest city on March 24 and will do so through early June. And while there will be some industry experts among the 20 participants, there will also be some regular folks who we hope won't find out the hard way how well those 660-pound, one-yard-wide vehicles perform in crash tests. In the meantime, we'll cross our fingers. The cool thing is that the i-Road now comes in five colors: blue, green, white, yellow and what looks like a magenta-fuchsia-type hue. Earlier this month, Toyota said it started testing the vehicles in Toyota City, Japan, as part of a broader program called "Ha:mo" where people link shared vehicles with public transportation systems (it stands for "Harmonious Mobility Network"). The three-wheeler was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show early last year before getting the star treatment in a French Riviera-locale video. Check out Toyota's press release below and read our impressions of driving the i-Road here.
