This Car needs some work but it consists of small oil drip coming from return line to block. I also think the starter is not alligned right with the flywheel I put on. The Car starts fine and runs its just been sitting for years. Sometimes it wont start but its because of the starter meshing with the flywheel. Oil cooler needs mounting. Lines are from a sandwich plate. I have original mechanics manuel. A bunch of stock parts that were removed over the years. Some parts never put on or some are just extra. Not many. Car is a beast even without a professional tune. Id expect at least 400 hp to the wheels when tuned right. Its the few annoying things like oil drip, and starter that have kept the car neglected. If you are a fan and already know about them this deal is priceless. Please do not buy this car because of price. You have to know what you are doing. I have always kept the car running rich to avoid the heat @ #6 cylinder wich can lead to BHG the downpipe is wrapped with insulation as with the turbo. Not listed was the Dual electric fan. Thermostat controler. Fluyidine radiator. Shocks. 255 tires in the front and 275 in the rear.Also has a line lock for easy tire warming and smoking. I had her out one time and at 20 psi and good air/fuel ratios I was rolling with and Yamaha R1. The car is in my parents garage where it has been for many years. Pops wants his garage back . Car has to sell asap.

Hi-po Toyota GT86 to get KERS?
Fri, 09 Nov 2012We happen to like the Toyota GT86 - and, it of course goes without saying that the same applies to the Subaru BRZ and Scion FR-S, as well - just the way it is. Yes, that includes the standard 2.0-liter four-cylinder boxer engine and its 200 horsepower at 7,000 rpm.
That said, a little extra power never hurt anybody, right?
The most obvious way to add some punch to the GT86 would be with a turbocharger, and that has indeed long been rumored for an STI version of the BRZ. Will Toyota follow suit? According to Top Gear, the answer is no. Says GT86 chief engineer Tetsuya Tada, "I think 300bhp with a turbo and 200g/km of CO2 would be tasteless in this day and age. And a turbo would mean the loss of the GT86's uniqueness." Perhaps a bit harsh, but there you go.

But, of course, not all such factory kits are created equal. How, then, to separate the wheat from the chaff? Gather each of them up and put them through their paces, naturally.
The folks from Four Wheeler and PickupTrucks.com joined forces to run just such a comparison test, with the winner named the Ultimate Factory 4x4. A total of seven vehicles showed up to the fight: the 2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, 2012 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X and Xterra PRO-4X, 2012 Ram Power Wagon, and 2012 Toyota 4Runner Trail and Tacoma TRD T|X Baja Series.
With the contestants in place, the whole crew put each vehicle through a battery of tests that included skidpad and acceleration measurements, a hillclimb, a rocky stairstep course and a rock garden. Considering the nature of the beasts, on-road ride and comfort were not part of the routine.
Toyota releases its Le Mans recap, 'The Ultimate Endurance Race'
Wed, 28 Aug 2013Two weeks ago, Audi released its short video about this years 24 Hours of Le Mans, and now Toyota has put the experience into its own words and pictures. Called The Ultimate Endurance Race, the clip and accompanying press release focus on how hybrid power helped Toyota claim second and fourth places with the TS030 Hybrid in just its second year competing at Le Mans.
There are some brief scenes of the battles had this year, like when Lucas di Grassi in the Toyota almost kissed Allan McNish in the Audi above, but the best part might be when Toyota promises it will be back. Next year, it's gonna be good. You'll find the relevant words and the images just below.
