Only 93k miles on this black beauty, well equipped with automatic trans, cold air cond, power wins, locks & mirrors, tilt wheel, cruise control, am fm Bose audio with 6 disc cd and cassette, leather, power drivers seat, wood grain accents, auto dim rear view mirror, climate control, alloy wheels, gold emblem pkg, insulated canvas top with glass and defrosting rear window. the top operates fully, has no rips, tears or defects, V6 motor is strong and smooth, suspension is tight and the vehicle is properly aligned. Interior is blemish free, no rips, burnholes or tears, exterior in good shape no blatant dents, dings or scratches. All electronics within the vehicle are in working order, there are no lights ie: check engine, abs etc... on the dashboard. Rear tires have aprox 70% tread life left and front tires aprox 60% tread life left. All four alloy wheels show slight signs of pitting probably due to salt and new England winters. The car has an inflated spare tire, jack and lug wrench. It does not have its factory keyless entry fob or fobs it has just one key. I have been driving this car since June and must admit I hate to see it go : I have changed the oil once and kept up on all fluids. The title we have for it appears clean yet because we purchased it for resale from an insurance auction all it needed was a new front bumper cover, grill and a headlamp, there was no frame and or any structural damage at all just cosmetic parts. I am not sure how the state you reside in will re issue it. Here in mass it would most likely re assign as clean or clear because its older than 10 years. I will guarantee it to pass mass state inspection. And provide a 30 day powertrain warranty or 1,250 miles whichever comes 1st.
KBB retail value is $10,771. And NADA retail value is $8,350. There is NO RESERVE on the purchase of this lovely car! Any questions you may have please email me an I will respond as promptly as I can. Thank you for viewing this post. Have a great ay an happy bidding!

2014 Toyota Tundra gets five grades priced from $25,920*
Thu, 08 Aug 2013Toyota has announced pricing details for its refreshed 2014 Tundra, with the fullsize pickup offered in five grades. Naturally, that doesn't include the buyer's choice of three cab styles, the option of two- or four-wheel drive, and a choice of a 4.0-liter V6 base engine or 4.6-liter and 5.7-liter V8s.
The base SR starts at $25,920, while the volume SR5 model starts at $29,465. Toyota notes that all SR5s ordered with the big V8 hold the line on pricing from 2013 while including a further $650 in standard equipment. The first of three high-end trims, Limited, starts at $36,940, while the Platinum and 1794 Edition both start at $44,270, with all prices subject to a $995 destination charge. Also noteworthy on the cost-savings front, Limited CrewMax 4x4 models are priced $2,000 less than their 2013 equivalents, (4x2 buyers save $1,900).
As is typical for a model as as customizable as a pickup, Toyota's pricing structure is far from simple. Adding the 5.7-liter V8 at one trim level can cost several hundred dollars more or less than another trim level - the same goes for adding four-wheel drive. So, rather than break out the Enigma Machine to try and decipher what options cost what on which trim, we've just rolled the whole pricing chart in. Scroll down for a look, including Toyota's full press release, and then check out our recent First Drive feature of the truck.
NHTSA investigating 561k Toyota Prius hybrids for possible steering shaft defect
Mon, 25 Feb 2013The Detroit News is reporting that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will investigate some 561,000 Toyota Prius models for potentially defective steering shafts. The affected hybrid models are from the 2004-2009 model years. The story indicates that NHTSA is weighing whether or not to grant a defect petition, which claims that Toyota incorrectly assembled the hatchback's steering linkage.
As of this writing, there is no recall. However, a recall based on the Prius steering shaft would be the third related to steering issues for the model since 2006. Seven years ago, Toyota recalled 170K Prius models for potential cracking of the intermediate shafts, and in November of 2012, the automaker recalled 670K units to replace the steering shaft extension assembly.
We'll be monitoring NHTSA's signals to see if this investigation turns into a full-fledged recall. For now, stay tuned.
Toyota, Mazda drop Takata as Mitsubishi, Subaru weigh options
Sat, Nov 7 2015It's not a very good time to be Takata right now. Fresh on the heels of longtime partner Honda ditching them, Toyota and Mazda have both come out and said they will not use the company's airbag inflators if they continue to rely on ammonium nitrate. Bloomberg reports that Subaru and Mitsubishi are also contemplating a divorce. "The inflator using ammonium nitrate produced by Takata will not be adopted by Toyota," President Akio Toyoda said during a briefing today. "What's most important above anything else is the safety and peace of mind of customers." Mazda echoed that position, simply saying it "will not use Takata airbag inflators which contain ammonium nitrate in our new cars." When you lose three huge OEM accounts in as many days, it's certainly going to have a deleterious effect on your fortunes. In Takata's case, that's meant a staggering 39-percent drop in their share price over the last three days. Yesterday alone, the company saw a 6.2-percent fall, Bloomberg reports. As the business publication reports, though, Takata isn't going down without a fight. The company is "considering some plans to survive," including a fundraising plan that will see it potentially offer up additional shares for sale. Still, at least one analyst doesn't see whatever company survives staying involved in the airbag inflator business. "I really don't see how they're going to be able to survive as an inflator manufacturer," Valient Market Research founder Scott Upham told Bloomberg. "When your major clients publicly come out and say that they're not going to use your products anymore, it makes this very difficult to sustain your business."
