Selling our minivan! I thought I was ready for the switch, but I miss my car, so Im downsizing again. I bought her from our Local Honda dealer. It was a local trade-in: fully inspected and detailed, and all is in tip top shape. I am only the second owner, and have title in hand ready to go.
This van is LOADED! All power and auto. Power liftgate, doors and the like. Full leather with 2 captain seats in the back and the bench seat. DVD player (I bought new headphones), wood interior trim, heat controls for rear, slide sunroof, rear shades, power windows in rear, EVERYTHING!
When I purchased the van, one of the rear shades (the pull up kind) was a bit broken. I ordered the shade, but have not put it in. Ive got it for you. There is a tiny scuff on one fender, and a little door ding. Im only mentioning these because I want to be as detailed as possible, but honestly they aren't even noticeable enough to show up in the pictures I tried to take. It sparkles and shines, and the engine purrrrs and has all been inspected. All is in fantastic condition! I just got the oil changed, and its ready to go. We all know Toyotas go a zillion miles, so she is just broken in.
You are most certainly able to come check her out and take a drive! We are local CF residents. My husband and I are both teachers, so typically weekends or after 4:00pm works well. I can also meet you during the day if I have some notice. Please note that I am driving this van right now, so the miles will be a bit more by the time it gets to the buyer. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask! You may drop me a line here on ebay, or call me 319-230-9416.
I am not familiar with how shipping works, but certainly am willing to help ship the van by bringing it to a shipping company within 60 miles of Cedar Falls Iowa, but you the buyer will need to set everything up.
I washed the van right before the pictures, so there is water showing on the picture of the rear. It looks dingy on the pics, but its water run off.
I have listed the van under book because we need to sell it ASAP!! I am willing to meet you an hour (60 +/- miles) in any direction from Cedar Falls, Iowa, or I can certainly pick you up at Waterloo or Cedar Rapids Airport.
I appreciate you looking! Please don't hesitate to ask questions or email me for more specific pics.

Toyota Prius sets a different kind of Nurburgring lap record [w/video]
Tue, 15 Jul 2014Scroll down the leaderboards of Nürburgring lap times and you'll see mostly racing cars, supercars and sports cars. Delve deep enough and you'll eventually get to hatchbacks and sedans, albeit the most performance-focused of their kind. But a hybrid? Sure, the Porsche 918 Spyder posted the top time for a street-legal series production car, and it's technically a hybrid, but we're talking about another kind of hybrid here. We're talking about a Toyota Prius.
That's right: the Prius just set a lap record around the Nordschleife. But it wasn't for the lap time. In fact, miles per hour barely factored in (except for staying above the minimum 37-mph average speed mandated on the vaunted racing circuit). No, this was about miles per gallon.
Toyota took one of its Prius Plug-In hybrids to the Nürburgring, topped up the battery, put on a set of low-rolling-resistance tires and put automotive journalist Joe Clifford behind the wheel with a mandate to use as little fuel as possible. After one second shy of 21 minutes, the Prius completed its lap having used just five tablespoons of fuel.
Local production could improve Toyota Prius' fortunes in China
Wed, Apr 23 2014The Toyota Prius is the world's most popular hybrid vehicle, but it may take domestic production capabilities for the model to achieve a high level of popularity in China. Japan-based Toyota is aiming to produce an increasing percentage of Prius components in China in order to bring down its price there, Bloomberg News reports. Eventually, the goal is to make all Priuses sold in China in that country in order to avoid the steep 25-percent import tariff. As it is, Toyota sold just 1,400 Prius vehicles in China last year, compared to about 234,000 in the US and 315,000 worldwide. Hindering sales is the fact that the Prius costs about as much as an entry-level Audi in China, where Volkswagen is the country's best-selling automaker. Toyota has been selling the Prius in China for almost a decade but may soon find local sources for the batteries and other hybrid parts for the Prius and Camry Hybrid, Bloomberg says, citing comment from Hiroji Onishi, Toyota's China chief, at the Beijing Auto Show. Part of the problem is that the Chinese government provides less than $500 worth of subsidies for each hybrid sold, compared to about $9,600 for an electric vehicle. While that subsidy may rise as China municipalities take on the country's growing pollution problems, there's lingering concern over spurring sales of a car that's made by competing Japan. Toyota starting making some of its Prius vehicles in China in 2005 but halted production on the second-generation version of the hybrid four years later.
Import pickup truck-killing Chicken Tax to be repealed?
Tue, Jun 30 2015After over 50 years, the so-called Chicken Tax may finally be going the way of the dodo. Two pending trade deals with countries in the Pacific Rim and Europe potentially could open the US auto market up to imported trucks, if the measures pass. Although, it still might be a while before you can own that Volkswagen Amarok or Toyota Hilux, if ever. The 25-percent import tariff that the Chicken Tax imposes on foreign trucks essentially makes the things all but impossible to sell one profitably in the US, which lends a distinct advantage to domestic pickups. Both the Trans-Pacific Partnership with 12 counties and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership with the European Union would finally end the charge. According to Automotive News though, don't expect new pickups to flood the market, at least not immediately. These deals might roll back the tariff gradually over time, and in the case of Japan, it could be as long as 25 years before fully free trade. Furthermore, Thailand, a major truck builder in Asia, isn't currently part of the deal, and any new models here would still need to meet safety and emissions rules, as well. Automotive News gauged the very early intentions of several automakers with foreign-built trucks, and they weren't necessarily champing at the bit to start imports. Toyota thinks the Hilux sits between the Tundra and Tacoma, and Mazda doesn't think the BT-50 fits its image here. Also, VW doesn't necessarily want to bring the Amarok over from Hannover. There is previous precedent for companies at least considering bringing in pickup trucks after the Chicken Tax's demise, though. The Pacific free trade deal could be done as soon as this fall, while the EU one is likely further out, according to Automotive News. Given enough time, the more accessible ports could allow some new trucks to enter the market.
