Year:2005 Mileage:52600
Location:

Jacksonville, Florida, United States

Jacksonville, Florida, United States

2005 Toyota Sienna CE, just 52,500 original miles, 1 owner van. Clean AutoCheck, with no previous accidents/etc.  Comes with original owners manuals and Window Sticker.

Very nice condition, NON smoker, well maintained. Click this provided link for nearly 90 in depth pictures of the van for your buying confidence.

Has Bruno wheel chair lift in the middle row. Model number VSL-900. This device was nearly $5,000 including installation. The drivers pedals are connected to a steering wheel control device (Monarch Mark 1A) as well for hand controlled brakes and gas pedal. This is NOT a ramp van (which would be nearly twice the price) but rather a standard van with a wheel chair lift only.

Please Google "Bruno VSL-900" to see how this equipment operates to verify it pertains to your individual needs.

FEATURES:

Mechanical: 3.3L V-6 w/VVT-i, 5spd Automatic Transmission w/ECT-i, 4 wheel ABS with Electronic brake assist, 3,500 lbs Tow Prep Package (includes Heavy Duty Radiator and Fan, Heavy Duty Alternator, and Power Steering oil cooler. 19MPG City, 26MPG Hwy.

Standard Equipment: The van is well equipped with power windows 1st and 2nd row, power locks, power mirrors, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, cruise control, CD player, roof rack, front and rear A/C and heater, keyless entry/alarm, folding tray table, rear defrost, etc.

COSMETIC:

The van is in very good condition with no dents or scratches, paint is shiny, headlights are perfectly clear and not hazy like most vehicles these days, rust free body and undercarriage, tires have good tread left, interior is very clean (smoke and pet free).  Unlike most vans that have a lot of activity in the trunk area on a daily basis and leave behind stains and scratches on the rear bumper and plastic surrounding the trunk area, the trunk area in this van is like new and looks to be rarely used if ever used at all.

The only "normal wear and tear" on this vehicle is in the area where the handicap device was loaded (driver side sliding door). This includes scratches/nicks on side entry panel and a 4x5 inch section of tattered headliner area above door (both flaws pictured).

MECHANICAL:

Runs and drives literally like new as expected with just over 52,500 original miles. Well maintained with routine oil changes. Brakes are tight and smooth. Rides smooth, strait, quiet, and shutter free at all speeds. The engine runs so nice you can barely hear it run. NO oil or fluid leaks, NO smoke, etc. All features are in working order (cruise, lights, windows/locks, etc).

CONS:

The dash has multiple thin cracks on it (this is not an uncommon issue with these generation Toyota vehicles- Siennas, Solara, Camry), the roof rack has paint chips in multiple areas.

Great opportunity if you need this kind of vehicle. The van is also equipped with the standard fold flat 3rd row seat and one captain seat for the middle row in case you don't need the wheel chair assistance.

eBay Find of the Day: Harley-Davidson powered Toyota Prius [w/video]

Thu, 03 Apr 2014

Sometimes we pluck cars from the listings of eBay Motors because they're old and interesting, some for being simply lovely, some for rarity and some for pure fun. And sometimes we pick eBay Finds of the Day, because they're hacked apart Toyota Prius' with Harley Davidson V-twin-power; concocted by the same mind that brought you innumerable Jalopnik articles and is partially responsible for the joy that is the 24 Hours of LeMons. This time it's that last one.
A fairly subtle tweet from long-time Jalop contributor and well-regarded grease monkey, Murilee Martin, hipped us to this crazy Frankenstein Prius. Built from the bones of a 2008 Toyota and the heart of a 1986 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883, the motive portmanteau is, well... it's a thing.
Toyota's advanced Hybrid Synergy Drive has been unceremoniously wrenched and snipped out of the engine bay, making room (via an artful hole in the hood) for the towering, bored out V-twin. Or, as the maestro himself puts it:

Toyota Hilux successor spotted

Mon, 15 Sep 2014

The midsize truck segment is suddenly seemingly exploding with new vehicles worldwide, even here in North America. Not only will the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon be available very soon, Toyota is already testing a replacement for its aging Tacoma and Honda has promised a Ridgeline replacement within the next 18 months. Also, the recently shown Nissan Navara is said to portend the future of our Frontier. Here's some more fresh evidence from Europe of this pickup boom with the next generation of its venerable Hilux in testing.
Thanks to Top Gear and sometimes the evening news, the Hilux has built a reputation of being able to go just about anywhere. According to out spy shooter, this particular pickup was spotted during hot weather testing in southern Europe. Interestingly, a Volkswagen Amarok was along for the ride as a benchmark. Because the VW tends to offer a bit more comfort than the generally utilitarian Hilux, this could indicate Toyota is considering taking the new truck in a slightly comfier, more refined direction.
Compared to the current model, this camouflaged tester sports a narrower front grille and headlights. The hood scoop is also absent here. The lower air dam also receives a more horizontal look, but the more vertical fog light housings provide some contrast. The crazy camouflage pattern makes things hard to discern at the rear, but the taillights appear to be more slender than they on the current model. Unfortunately, mechanical details about the new truck remain a mystery at the moment, but enjoy these spy shots as a preview of one more upcoming pickup.
