NO RESERVE!!!!!!!!!!!! You are bidding on a 2000 Toyota Sienna LE 5 door van . This van has 126,780 miles on it , it runs like new, very smooth and quite ride. Body and paint are in great condition.the interior has no rips but needs a good cleaning/detailing. the records show timing belt and water pump were done @ 108,000 miles. the motor oil and trans fluid and coolant was changed about 800miles ago... clean title and smog cert. in my name to insure a easy and smooth transfer ,smog cert. is good till 8-22 2014 .Over all everything works. there is a motor oil leak, I add a quart of oil every month or so. also the mirriors on the sun visors are missing that's the way I got it. Ford Fiesta ST in startling track battle against Toyota GT86
Wed, 26 Jun 2013On the surface, there's very little that the Ford Fiesta ST and Toyota GT86 (or the Scion FR-S that is sold in the US, or the largely similar Subaru BRZ) share in common. One is a hatchback with power coming from a turbocharged engine routed to the front wheels. The other is a coupe with power coming from a naturally aspirated four-cylinder boxer engine routed to the rear wheels.
Thing is, both of them are reasonably priced performance cars aimed at a similar segment of the automotive marketplace, so a comparison isn't out of the question. NHTSA investigating 561k Toyota Prius hybrids for possible steering shaft defect
Mon, 25 Feb 2013The Detroit News is reporting that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will investigate some 561,000 Toyota Prius models for potentially defective steering shafts. The affected hybrid models are from the 2004-2009 model years. The story indicates that NHTSA is weighing whether or not to grant a defect petition, which claims that Toyota incorrectly assembled the hatchback's steering linkage.
As of this writing, there is no recall. However, a recall based on the Prius steering shaft would be the third related to steering issues for the model since 2006. Seven years ago, Toyota recalled 170K Prius models for potential cracking of the intermediate shafts, and in November of 2012, the automaker recalled 670K units to replace the steering shaft extension assembly.
We'll be monitoring NHTSA's signals to see if this investigation turns into a full-fledged recall. For now, stay tuned.
