Up for bid is a very clean, well maintained 2007 Toyota Sequoia SR5 RWD. This was my personal vehicle and we have purchased another vehicle and do not need this one any longer. No pets hauled and a non-smoker vehicle! We purchased this vehicle from a Toyota dealer as a Certififed Preowned Vehicle (paperwork included in sale). I also have a copy of the Carfax. On the Carfax, there are 2 listings for minor damage both of which are prior to the Toyota dealer selling this as a Certified vehicle as you will see if you run the carfax report. I recently (a few months ago purchased brand new Goodyear tires as well as a brand new battery, as you will see in the pictures. Additionally, new brake pads on rear and front. The spare is also brand new (never been mounted) as well as an unused jack, extra set of lug nuts, an unused extra headrest for the third row. I have tried to include pictures of every angle including a few spots on the roof (hail) as well as a few spots on the driver's side, a scratch underneath the front fog light barely noticable. Again, nothing of an issue but I have tried to fully explain and disclose everything that I am aware of. The engine looks like it did brand new, super clean. The under carriage is in great shape. This vehicle has a DVD entertainment system in the rear with large screen, 2 key fobs, JBL premium sound system, custom chrome wheels, roll down rear window, sunroof, 1 set of rubber floor mats, 1 set of factory carpert (OEM Toyota mats), factory owner's manual, certified preowned vehicle paperwork package, leather interior, 3rd row removable seating, separate rear heating and air conditioning controls, latch system and child locks.
If you decide to ship: I will assist in any way that I can. However, I will not prepay, arrange, or gather pricing/quotes for shipping or drive this vehicle to any port, shipping facility etc. If you have it shipped, carrier is responisble for picking up at my location.
If you want to drive the vehicle, look at it etc prior to auction close you are are more than welcome to do so.
NOTE: I am not a professional Ebayer, I am not a car dealer, I am old school Ebay (13 years on Ebay) and I only post items occasionally for REAL AUCTION style. This means that when I post an item, it gives the bidder a real no reserve auction chance at owning the item. If I need to put a reserve on an item, I do not use Ebay, I simply list it in a trader style listing. This is the chance to have fun with a real auction listing, one that you do not see much on Ebay any longer. Good luck! If you win, you will own an extremely nice vehicle.
$500 deposit within 48 hours of auction closing!!!

Toyota vows to fix poor Camry crash test result that irked Consumer Reports
Tue, 10 Dec 2013Many Toyota vehicles haven't been performing well in the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's (IIHS) small overlap frontal crash test, and the Camry is one of them. The 2012 and 2013 Camry both received "Poor" ratings, IIHS' lowest rating, in the test, which spurred Consumer Reports to take the car off its "Recommended" list. In response to the low ratings in the small overlap frontal test, and in a bid to maintain its best-seller status, Toyota will make changes to the Camry to improve its IIHS safety rating and to enhance its design, The Detroit News reports.
The Camry performed well in the moderate overlap frontal, side, roof strength and head restraints and seats crash tests, receiving "Good" ratings, IIHS' highest rating, in all four tests. That was enough for IIHS to award it a Top Safety Pick rating, just not TSP+.
Bill Fay, head of Toyota's US division, reportedly says, "It's still a five-star car. It still does very well in all the IIHS tests. It did not in [the small overlap frontal crash test], and we're busy making the necessary adjustments so that we can address that."
Toyota reveals Tokyo Motor Show concepts
Mon, 04 Nov 2013Toyota is getting ready for the Tokyo Motor Show later this month, and to tease us, the Japanese automaker has released photos and information about the concept vehicles it'll be bringing to the show. In all, there'll be five world premieres from Toyota (six if you split the Voxy and Noah minivan concepts), including some vehicles that'll be released in the near future, and others that need more time to incubate.
Let's get the world premieres out first. Toyota is a pioneer of gasoline-electric hybrids, but it's also pursuing hydrogen fuel cell-powered vehicles. The clearest indication of this is the FCV concept, a hydrogen-powered sedan in the same vein as the the FCV-R that will bow at the auto show. (Read more about the FCV, here.)
Other world debuts include the FV2 concept (pictured), a unique, one-seat future vehicle that emphasizes the "Fun to Drive" philosophy; the JPN TAXI concept, a next-generation taxi concept designed with Japanese hospitality in mind; and the Voxy and Noah concepts, next-generation minivans that differ most in exterior design cues and are scheduled to launch in the Japanese market in early 2014.
MotorWeek remembers retro icons, Supra and NSX
Thu, 16 Oct 2014It's easy to poke a joke here and there about John Davis, the long-time host of MotorWeek. His voice is so monotonous that, from time to time, if you closed your eyes, you may think it's generated via a computer. But you have to give him and the rest of the show a lot of credit. The program has been on the air for decades, giving people direct, straight-down-the middle automotive reviews.
MotorWeek's massive back catalog of reviews are slowly making their way onto YouTube, and they provide a fascinating chance to look back on how performance cars rank against their contemporaries from back in the day. Two recent additions include the show's old looks at the 1986 Toyota Supra, the dawn of the third-generation model, and the now-iconic 1991 Acura NSX.
Both reviews are interesting in their own way. These days you hear nary a negative word about the original NSX, but MotorWeek isn't afraid to point out a few flaws. And the Supra really shows the progress of suspension tuning in the intervening decades because it has some serious body roll in the corners. Scroll down to check out both videos and get a blast from the automotive past.
