This is an absolutely amazing rig....I'm not sure where to start....

  • 350 RamJet crate motor (350 HP/400TQ) w/ Sanderson headers custom single 3" exhaust installed two years ago. Since the install, I haven't put 300 miles on it.  Sm420 transmission w/Orion transfer case     Custom cut Dana 60's front and rear.    PSC Hydraulic assist steering Aftermarket axles.   Old man emu springs w/rancho shocks.  Under carriage lighting, for night time crawling   4:10 gears    ARB air lockers front and rear.    On board air compressor where the roll bar is the air tank.     On board welder     Custom built tire carrier.    Custom front/rear bumper w/storage in front.      Auxiliary rear gas tank transfers gas to the custom aluminum tank under passenger seat....40 gal total      37" Interco M16 tires tread @ 90% matching spare @90%.      Best top soft top    Back seat removes and a custom storage "tonneau" cover installs with two bolts.  This also converts into a camping table!

I'll have to add more options as I remember them!!  This thing is rubicon ready...a true one of a kind, amazing rig.

Feel free to ask questions...I'll be adding pics and info over the coming days.  I'll take more pics of areas at your request.

There are no mechanical issues, whatsoever .  Paint Is in great condition...there are some chips scratches from use which I can take detailed pictures of upon request

The 350 RamJet is a perfect engine for this vehicle....I have only taken roughly 8 trips around town since its install.  The engine is and looks brand new.  There are no fluid leaks on this vehicle whatsoever and the undercarriage is spotless

I have purchased only once on ebay, never a seller.....but I'm on Gunbroker frequently "4granit" is my seller name...I have an A+ rating there with 20 transactions

Toyota to buck engine downsizing trend, may go larger and turbo-free

Mon, 14 Oct 2013

Turbocharging isn't really Toyota's specialty, and the Japanese automaker isn't being shy about acknowledging it. Koei Saga, a senior managing officer in charge of drivetrain research and development, says that eschewing turbos and increasing displacement of engines using the Atkinson cycle can produce better power gains without sacrificing fuel economy, Automotive News reports.
Toyota is investing heavily in larger-displacement Atkinson-cycle engines in addition to turbocharged engines, but Saga doesn't think the automaker will use turbocharging across many product lines. He apparently remains unconvinced that the technology "makes the world better."
In Toyota's eyes then, Atkinson cycle engines do make the world better, and here's how. Their pistons complete four processes - intake, compression, power and exhaust - in one revolution of the crankshaft, and the power stroke is longer than the compression stroke. Traditional Otto cycle engines require two crankshaft revolutions to accomplish those same four operations and have equal-length compression and power strokes. Atkinson cycle engines are more efficient, but less power dense, though increasing displacement can offset that shortfall.

Toyota's Euro Aygo spied in prototype form

Thu, 22 Aug 2013

The five-door version of the next-generation Toyota Aygo, a Euro offering cloned by the Peugeot 107 and Citroën C1, has been caught out on the town wearing all black. Facelifted early last year, predictions are that the next version of the city car will be slightly lower and wider than the current car, with improved ergonomics and materials. Based on what little can be seen for now, a new intake and headlight treatment should be on the menu in front, with taillights placed higher on its backside.
A three-door version is expected, but a gasoline-hybrid model is also rumored, along with power and fuel economy improvements to the three-cylinder engine that presently puts out 67 horsepower and 69 pound-feet of torque.
We should see it next year, along with the new Citroën C1 and Peugeot 108.

Toyota recalling select 2014 Camry and Avalon models

Thu, 06 Nov 2014

Toyota has announced a rather small voluntary recall, affecting 5,650 Avalon and Camry sedans from model year 2014. Both gas and hybrid models are included in the action.
This recall focuses on the left front lower suspension arm, which may have a bad bolt connecting it to the ball joint. If the car hits a big enough pothole - a real concern as we head into winter - or suffers a major impact, the two components could separate, at which point steering control would more or less vanish.
According to Toyota, there have been no crashes, injuries or deaths due to this problem. Toyota is notifying owners, who will need to report to dealers for a free replacement lower suspension arm.
