This FJ80 is probably one of the cleanest land cruisers around. I have owned it for about 4 years now, and did all of the work in the shop I own in Ft Myers Florida, so I will give a list of everything that I can think of that has been done to the truck.

- Slee 6 inch suspension lift
- discovery 37x12.5x17 tires with approx 50% tread, they just recently started causing a slight shake in steering due to me not driving the truck enough I think the tires may have acquired a slight flat spot and could prob use a balance
- 4.88 gears front and rear/ factory electric lockers
- chromoly axles/ birfields in front
- converted from all wheel drive to 4 wheel drive with manual locking hubs
- supercharger
- paint is approx 3 years old but still in very good condition as seen in pics, there is a couple minor rock chips and scratches that are hardly noticable from normal wear and tear, when painted all glass and accessories where removed to avoid any tape lines, it does not look like its been painted it looks like the factory original paint job
- interior was reupholstered where needed with factory two tone color scheme and carpet was replaced with brand new oem carpet at the same time as the paint job and also looks like the factory original interior
- 9500lb super whinch
- slee front bumper
- all of the bearings and seals have been done in the front end, brakes are fairly new all the way around, This truck runs and drives amazing, I'll be sad to see it go, I'm sure im missing stuff if you have any questions please feel free to contact me

Toyota releases teaser for Kaley Cuoco Super Bowl ad

Toyota has released a 35-second teaser video for its upcoming Super Bowl spot staring Kaley Cuoco, the actress best known for her role as object-of-nerd-affection Penny on The Big Bang Theory. The real star of the ad, however, is its soundtrack, the 1995 hit "I Wish" by rapper Skee-Lo that will have your mind cashing nostalgia checks the moment it hits your ears.
We still don't know much about the content, plot or story of this Super Bowl commercial, though we can say that its object of promotion is likely the new RAV4 we see Ms. Cuoco driving in this teaser. The rest of the time she's walking the street in a purple getup granting wishes like Robin Williams on a Disney sound stage. And then the Easter Bunny and a chihuahua enter the picture and we get lost. Clint Eastwood under a bridge this is not.
But hey, Super Bowl ads cost millions and millions of dollars to produce and air, so we trust that Toyota spent its money wisely and will have us ROFLing on game day. Until then, scroll down and witness for yourself the debut of Kaley Cuoco as a Toyota spokeswoman.

Next Lotus Elise to draw from its roots

Recently-appointed Lotus CEO Jean-Marc Gales told Autocar that work on the new Lotus Elise, which is coming in 2020, is already underway, and thanks to growing sales, the automaker is set to make a profit for the first time in 20 years. Gales also dropped some details about the new sports cars' design philosophy and underpinnings. According to the report, the new Elise will utilize the same aluminum chassis technology found in the original Elise and won't bear any resemblance to the 2010 Elise concept. Instead, the upcoming vehicle will uphold its roots with a lightweight design that emphasizes driver involvement at an affordable price. The new Elise is rumored to weigh in at roughly 1,984 pounds, almost 384 pounds more than the original Elise. In order to meet US crash ratings, the Elise will most likely be wider, but have the same length as the current model. Power will probably come from a Toyota unit producing between 134 horsepower and 245 horsepower. The Elise is expected to come to the US where it will be offered with a manual and automatic transmission, which will both come from Toyota as well. Gales claims Lotus has more orders now than in any year in the last 10 years, with the US being one of the automaker's most important markets. Related Video:
