I am selling my 1987 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60.
Exterior: The body of this truck is in average condition for a Land Cruiser. It does have rust on the bottom of the body (Rockers, wheel wells, etc) as well as underneath/frame. Please note that this vehicle has spent most of its life in Indiana and is subject to harsh winters. Most Land Cruisers have rust, so this should be no shock to a buyer. As far as I could tell, There is no rust on the roof or tailgate (These are other usual Land Cruiser rust spots). Some of the rust has been repaired/prevented by a previous owner. From 10-15 feet away, the truck looks pretty good for the age. It's still certainly a head turner, especially in the Midwest where classic Land Cruisers are VERY uncommon. The roof was recently painted with a white Plasti-Dip spray. This spray can be removed like a sticker if you do not like the look. The same can be said for the grille and front/rear bumpers. Again, it removes like a sticker causing no damage to the surface below. I had this done to customize the appearance and give it a more classic Land Cruiser look!
Interior: The interior of this truck is in good condition for the year. The dash board does have a few cracks in it. You can purchase a color matched dash cover for around $100 right here on eBay. The seats are in good shape, but the driver's seat was replaced with one from a newer Toyota, and is a different gray cloth material, but doesn't look bad. In my research, I have found that Dodge Neon seats are a direct replacement for these trucks. I am in the process of locating a clean set of these to include in the sale (However, I cannot guarantee I find them before the auction is over). If I do find a set, you will receive the Land Cruiser seats with the truck. The carpet is in decent shape, but has nice rubber floor mats to protect it. Recently installed was a Pioneer CD player with a direct iPod control cable that will charge and connect your iPod while using it. Additionally, new front and rear speakers were installed (Kicker/Sony). The sound quality is nice!. All the glass is in good shape with no cracks. The door locks and windows work just fine (Crank windows/manual locks). The headliner is very clean and not sagging (Rare for a Land Cruiser). Also added were aftermarket Oil Pressure, Coolant Temperature, and volt meter gauges. The factory gauges work, but in my research I found that many Land Cruiser enthusiasts prefer aftermarket gauges to the OEM gauges due to the ability to get a more accurate reading from the new gauges.
Mechanical: This is one of the smoothest, quietest running vehicles I have ever owned. It idles nicely and drives smooth. From a distance, it is so quiet you can barely hear it run! The 4x4 works and the hubs lock and unlock with ease. The brakes work just fine and stops the vehicle well. The rear shoes may need to be replaced down the road because they make noise from time to time when stopping. I will include a set of new shoes for the winning bidder. Additionally, it will need new shocks or shock mounts, as they make noise when going over a bump. It also does not have a spare tire (I have no idea why). Newer parts are a full tune up, fluid changes, carburetor sorting and tune, power steering pump, thermostat, clutch master cylinder, choke cable, CD player & speakers (As indicated above), and a new battery with tooless/quick disconnect terminals. All exterior lights work properly.
Other: The previous owner informed me that some emissions equipment was removed some time ago. If you are in a state that checks for emissions on this old of a vehicle, you will need to check about that status. Indiana does not perform mandated emissions testing statewide, thus this Land Cruiser has not been subjected to any testing and I do not know if this would/will pass your state's emission requirements. Additionally, some time ago the Air Conditioning compressor and it's hoses going to the inside of the car were removed (I am unsure why). This truck IS equipped with A/C, so you should be able to source the other pieces from a salvage yard, parts store, or other places to get your A/C working again. The heat is HOT and will keep you warm in cold weather. It even has a blower under the passenger seat that can be adjusted from hot to cold, and it still works!
Mileage/Title/Additional Information: The title on this truck is CLEAN AND CLEAR, and not rebuilt. It is registered in my name and ready to be signed over to a new owner. The mileage information on the title, as issued by the State of Indiana is exempt. I was informed by a representative from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles that vehicles over ten years old are usually subject to being labeled as exempt from mileage. Also, this truck has 159,000 miles. The speedometer needle broke while driving and I replaced the entire gauge cluster with a different one, so the odometer reads 119,000 miles. Again, this is exempt from the State of Indiana odometer information as indicated on the title, but I wanted to inform of the speedometer change-out. Regardless, this is still low mileage for a Land Cruiser, and really a Toyota in general. It is very hard to find one with less than 200,000 miles on it.
Bidding: By bidding on this auction, you agree that you have read all information in this listing and understand the condition, age, and anything mentioned in the title. I will check all bidder's feedback. If you have been known to be a non-paying bidder in the past, I will contact eBay and cancel your bid. Please only bid if you intend to purchase the Toyota.
Winning Bidder: By winning this auction, you agree to all terms as disclosed in this auction. By 48 hours after the auction close, you will pay a $500 deposit via PayPal, additionally, you will also pay a $75 handling/document preparation fee (This is on top of the entire purchase price, so Purchase Price + $75= Total Amount and also includes a final wash, wax, and interior detailing). By the end of seven days of winning the auction, you agree to send a certified check from your bank for the remaining balance. The vehicle and title will not be released until this check clears with my bank. This is pretty standard for vehicles sold on eBay. If you do not pay any amount by the end of the seven days, you will be reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder, and you agree to be charged a $50, non-refundable fee for failing to pay. This will be done via PayPal and is, again, not refundable. Additionally, you forfeit any chance of being able to purchase the vehicle and will be blocked if I must re-list the Land Cruiser.
Shipping: Shipping of this vehicle is the buyer's responsibility. I agree to work with the buyer and shipping company to arrange a time for the vehicle to be picked up. Please choose a shipper with a good reputation.
Other Information: All information provided is given according to the best knowledge of the seller at the time of this listing. This vehicle is a used vehicle, and is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Registration, insurance, and any additional fees in the future are the sole responsibility of the buyer. There are no refunds or returns on the vehicle. Also, I do have this truck for sale locally, and reserve the right to end this auction early if it sells locally.

James Bond's latest adventures will take him to Norway and Scotland, as seen in the trailer for the upcoming "No Time to Die." Somewhere along the way, the British spy encounters a pair of Range Rover Sport SVRs, the ultimate high-performance SUV from JLR's Special Vehicle Operations division in one of the movie's centerpiece car chases. Now, the company has given us a behind-the-scenes look at its filming, and the automotive carnage that ensues. The filmmakers wanted to take a Bond action sequence off-road, and chose the Range Rover Sport SVR as the the bad guys' pursuit vehicle. Armed with a JLR product placement deal (Bond drives a new Defender in another part of the movie) the henchmen had no qualms picking one of the most expensive things on the menu. Unfortunately, that also makes is a bit hard to watch when machines that start at $115,000 are totaled as they careen through the air or roll onto their roofs. The SVRs share a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 with the Jaguar F-Type SVR and are the most powerful vehicles in the Land Rover portfolio. With 575 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque on tap, translating to a 0-60 time of 4.3 seconds, they're the perfect weapon for chasing a super-spy down a dirt road. As for Bond himself, 007 makes his escape in a decades-old yellow Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. Specifically, it's a 90-series, a smaller version built from 1996 to 2002 that was never sold in the U.S. but remains popular in other parts of the world. The most powerful engine had just 190 horsepower from a 3.4 liter V6 shared with the similar-era 4Runner. Despite the power discrepancy, Bond manages to dispatch the Range Rovers in spectacular fashion. Wait, this is a Range Rover promo, right? "All the stunts are for real, there's nothing that's CGI'ed," said Neil Layton, the film's action vehicle coordinator. "So to make the cars more dramatic on the screen, we had to turn off a lot of safety feature aids that's on there." Interestingly, another non-JLR product shows up in the video as well. The camera car is a blacked out (to minimize reflection in other cars) Ford F-150 Raptor outfitted with a massive rooftop boom. "No Time to Die" is hits the screens on October 8. For years, almost all of the talk about the Toyota FT-1 concept becoming a resurrected Supra envisioned a hybrid under the hood. And then the latest take on Future Toyota 1 showed up at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show and - although Toyota wouldn't say a word about any engine at all - horizons began to expand. Imaginary fancies were aided by the news that Toyota had partnered with BMW to develop a sports car on the next-generation BMW Z4 platform, which would necessarily mean an engine bay designed to accept an old-fashioned hunk of gas-burning iron-working solo. Car and Driver now turns the whole thing around, reporting that there will be an inline-six with forced induction provided by BMW under the hood. What about that hybrid, though? The report states, "there's currently no indication that the Silk Road cars will offer hybrid options" - 'Silk Road' being the codename for the jointly-developed vehicles. CD makes a point to note that said tidbit came from Germany, not Japan. However, designers at Toyota's Calty studio did tell Automotive News last year that they designed the body with an inline-six in mind, a nod to the Supra's history. Hybrid rumors aren't dead yet, though - remember, we were hearing about all-wheel drive and supercapacitors in May 2014. The coupe is predicted to be a 2018 model, making its appearance sometime in 2017, and be "about 10 percent" smaller than the FT-1 concept. Related Video:
