2002 Toyota Highlander Limited 4wd V6 on 2040-cars
San Mateo, California, United States
I am selling my excellent condition 2002 Toyota Highlander V6 Limited Edition. This car is fully loaded. Has full leather interior, 6CD Changer, Heated seats, all the options. AC Blows Cold, and heater works great, everything on this car functions like it was new. Tires are in great shape and were only put on recently, same with brakes. Car overall looks excellent, but it is a 2002, so there are some very minor scratches on the exterior, the interior looks great. Car had a full service done at 130,000 miles, brand new spark plugs, all fluids changed, everything is up to speed. Car currently has approximately 140,400 miles on it. I am only the second owner of this car, the first owner was a family friend who absolutely babied this car. I have all the original service records for the car and I also own the car outright so I have the title, which is clear with zero accidents. Buying this car gets you an excellent condition car that will give you no problems.

Autoblog Podcast #317:
Toyota gives a free RAV4 to 50-millionth customer [w/video]
Thu, 29 Aug 2013Not surprisingly, the 50-millionth Toyota product sold in the US was a Camry, but Toyota had a big surprise in store for Michael Dee, the buyer of said milestone vehicle. Toyota group vice president Bill Fay showed up at Dee's house to not only personally thank him for the purchase, but also completely paid off that brand new Camry, presenting the owner with a clear title.
But that wasn't all. As you can tell from the image above, Fay had one more trick up his sleeve. The group VP brought along a brand new 2013 Toyota RAV4, which was also presented to Dee in appreciation. The best part is that Dee's genuine amazement was all caught on video, which is posted below.
Ford predicts it will finish 2013 as top-selling US brand
Mon, 30 Dec 2013Ford is ready to call the ball on its 2013 sales totals, predicting a first-place finish for units sold in the US for a single brand. The company anticipates selling more than 2.4 million vehicles when all vehicle sales over the last 12 months have been tallied, repeating the victory it trumpeted over Toyota last year.
According to Ford's accounting, it sold 329,677 more vehicles than did Toyota in 2012. This year, the Blue Oval expects that margin to grow; through the end of November, Ford says it has outsold Toyota by 396,041 units.
Retail sales of Ford products are projected to exceed 1.7 million units for 2013 (the best retail result in 6 years for the company), with passenger cars accounting for 600k of that total. The redesigned Fusion is expected to crest the 290k mark, and the Fiesta is said to be ready to hit a model-record of 70k-plus. Meanwhile, utility vehicles and trucks are still paying a lot of bills in Dearborn, with the new Escape racking up an expected 300k sales and F-Series trucks chugging along at 688,810 units sold thru November.
