I reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction early. I shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. Please call me before using the 'Buy it Now' option if featured to avoid confusion and to make sure this item is still available.
The sale must be completed within five (5) days after the auction closes.
All deliveries must be completed Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm Central Standard Time unless previous arrangements have been made.
I may or may not have vehicle handbooks, floor mats or additional keys available for you.
Those wishing to have your vehicle shipped - all shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Vehicles will not be shipped until full payment has been made and all completed paperwork is in my possession.
Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between buyer and shipping company.

If you cannot take delivery of the vehicle in person, please have outside financing or other monies arranged prior to bidding.
All funding or paperwork must be received as soon as possible and within no more than 5 days of auction closure or I reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer.
The clear title will be handed over at time of payment in full.

Toyota sells 3-millionth Prius

Three generations in sixteen years and more than three million units sold worldwide - as of the end of June, those are the stats on the Toyota Prius. Even though Toyota says Prius sales might not reach the goal of 250,000 units this year, the little hybrid that could still doesn't have any problem flying off dealer lots. The second-generation Prius sold 1.2 million examples in its eight-year lifespan, and the third generation, introduced in 2009, has sold 1.7 million examples in just four years.
Toyota is also touting its investment in future powertrains, some 790 billion yen ($7.9 billion US) on research and development into new platforms and components, and "environmental technology development."

Ford, Toyota clean up in Best Car For The Money Awards

The U.S. News Best Cars for the Money Awards picks winners by looking at the average transaction price, five-year total cost of ownership, the regard a car has from the automotive press, reliability figures from J.D. Power and Associates and safety data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The result, according to the magazine, is "the best combination of critical acclaim and long-term value."
Ford nabbed six of the 21 categories that received awards this year, the Focus, Fusion, Fusion Hybrid, Taurus, Escape and Edge getting trophies. Toyota and its Lexus and Scion sub-brands took another five, the Tacoma and Tundra owning the two categories given to pickup trucks. The other ten awards were split between Honda with three, Buick with two, and one each for Subaru, BMW, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Mazda.
