Forza Horizon 3 car list keeps on truckin'

We've covered three weeks of car reveals for Forza Horizon 3, and this time we get a better look at the trucks, SUVs and other off-roaders you'll be able to use to explore Australia. This week's list kicks things off with two of the most legendary off-roaders in the world, the Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser and the Meyers Manx. They have different purposes; the FJ40 is for tough trail work and the Manx is for some light-hearted beach fun. But no one could deny the cultural importance of either. And both should be a blast in Horizon 3. In addition to this pair of classics, players will have a chance to get behind the wheel of both a race version of the Ford F-150 Raptor and its closest rival, the Ram Runner. And when traditional vehicles start to get boring, why not take out a full-blown Baja racer such as the Penhall Cholla or the Rockstar energy drink version of the little Polaris RZR XP 1000 side-by-side? Forza Horizon 3 is shaping up to have one of the most diverse car lists in a racing game in a long time. Heavily updated 2015 Toyota Camry to bow in New York

Looks like the new, "more emotional" Toyota Camry designer Kevin Hunter talked about back in January is going to arrive very soon, with news that Toyota's bread-and-butter sedan will be getting an update in just a few weeks time at the 2014 New York Auto Show.
"On April 16 at the New York International Auto Show, we will make an important announcement about America's best-selling car, the Toyota Camry," said Curt McAllister, Toyota product news manager, in an emailed statement. Considering the high-profile nature of the NYAS - not to mention the competition that will be shown there - it makes sense that Toyota would choose to unveil something as significant as a major refresh at the Javits Center.
We wish we had more to tell you than this, but unfortunately, that's about all we've got to go on at this time. Of course, we'll have much more for you during the lead up to NYAS, including any leaks of the refreshed Camry. Stay tuned.

Toyota must go to trial over unintended acceleration suits

Toyota is surely readying its trial lawyers, as the Japanese giant is officially headed to court in a pair of cases relating to its unintended acceleration fiascos of 2009 and 2010.
In the first case, the United States Supreme Court has actually got involved in matters, ignoring an appeal from Toyota that attempted to use an arbitrator to settle its California lawsuits. The automaker will now go to trial to face owners of 2010 Prius models over an alleged defect with the anti-lock braking systems, which plaintiffs say made the cars more difficult to stop, according to Bloomberg.
The second trial is a bit more in depth, covering the case of Ida St. John, an 83-year-old from Georgia, that crashed her 2005 Camry in 2009. The accident is believed to have played a part in her death, although the suit, being filed by her grandson, doesn't actually place blame on Toyota for her death.
