I am selling my 1995 Toyota 4-Runner 4X4. I have owned this truck for more than 2 years, used it primarily as a 2nd car to go to go back and forth to my summer home in the Catskills. This truck has been well maintained, I spent over $1500 replacing a broken seal in the coolant system, did the suspension in the front bushings and stabilizers and the front brakes are new. The 4X4 works perfectly, the tires are solid and the truck is in really excellent condition given its age. The paint has faded on the roof and hood (shown in pics) but otherwise the body is straight. The front drivers seat has a tear (shown in pic) but otherwise very good shape. I hauled some wood in the back, so its a little dirty, but nothing is ripped or anything. I also put in a stereo with an ipod connector and it has a power sunroof, side running boards and window guards. I am selling because work has moved me out to California and I no longer need the truck, but if you are looking for a SOLID 4X4 4-Runner with a legit 145K, this truck will be good to you, its always been good to me.
Please email jgoodrich@mac.com with any questions etc.
Thanks for looking..

Lexus eschews production in China over quality concerns
Sat, 03 May 2014One of the more popular trends in the auto industry is setting up production operations in China. Mainstream manufacturers like Ford, General Motors and Volkswagen have done it, and even luxury marques like Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz have or will soon have manufacturing ops in the People's Republic.
One company that isn't building cars in China, though, is Lexus. The Toyota-owned luxury brand still manufactures all of its vehicles in Japan (aside from a few RXs, which are built at a Toyota factory in Canada). According to Tokuo Fukuichi, Lexus just isn't ready to build cars there yet.
"The German Three have a brand image that they have cultivated over the past century in their long history, but Lexus is not in people's minds like that yet," Fukuichi-san told Reuters UK.
Who sold the most small/midsize pickups in 2012? PickupTrucks.com investigates that, too
Wed, 27 Feb 2013PickupTrucks.com has taken another look at the sales of its favorite vehicle bodystyle as part of an ongoing series. According to registration data from R.L. Polk, the Toyota Tacoma easily took the crown as America's best-selling mid-sized pickup, with 133,477 units rolling into new homes in 2012. For comparison, the second-place Nissan Frontier only saw 50,566 registrations.
We feel compelled to point out that before Ford pulled the plug on its ancient Ranger, the company was moving some 75,000 units per year. That number had shriveled to 15,662 by 2012, which was still enough to surpass the Honda Ridgeline. Interestingly enough, one person brought home a brand-new Hummer H3T as well. But mid-sized trucks represent only a fraction of total pickup sales. Dealers sold a total of 241,471 midsizers last year compared to 988,326 half-tons.
That segment was dominated by General Motors with 533,814 sales followed by Ford at 478,204. Ram Trucks trailed behind in third with 241,204 units with Toyota close behind at 229,769. Nissan, meanwhile, remains a distant fifth. Head over to PickupTrucks.com for a closer look at the breakdown in each segment.
