Call Mario anytime at (518)-788-8965

NOTE: There should be 119
pictures of every part of the vehicle, if you aren't seeing them try reloading the page and scrolling down through the center.  The last pictures are of the engine compartment.

Up for sale is a very clean, fully loaded, and great looking 2000 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4x4.  It has only had two owners since brand new in 2000.  It was just traded into a Toyota dealership on a new 4Runner and we were able to purchase it right from them.  The truck spent it's first 4 years in Florida, and then it has been from Rhode Island.  I specialize in these 4Runners, and Similar Tacomas and Tundras as well and have sold over 150 units on eBay in the past two years.

The exterior is in absolutely beautiful condition.  The original pearl paint on the truck shines great.  There aren't any dents, dings, or scratches at all to mention on the truck.  It's very clean.  There is absolutely no rust on the body at all.  The only exterior blemish to mention is an extremely small spot on the rear chrome bumper where it has started to peel.  The undercarriage and frame are in very nice shape as well.  There are no leaks underneath.

The interior is very nice and clean.  The seats, carpets, dashboard, and headliner are all free of any wear or tear.  There aren't any smoke smells, burns, or marks inside.  There is also an unused cigarette lighter included.  The very high up on the windshield there is a small circular crack, and there is another star in the windshield.  All of the electronics are functioning properly, even the power antennae!

This Toyota 4Runner has many nice features and options!

- 3.4L V6 Engine

- Automatic Transmission

- 4-Wheel-Drive

- Ice Cold Air Conditioning

- Power Windows, Locks, Mirrors

- Power Sunroof

- Power Rear Window

- Cruise Control

- Tilt Steering

- Dual Airbags

- Alpine CD Player w/Remote

- ABS Brakes

- Rear Wiper and Washer

- Window Ventshades

- Keyless Entry and Remote Start

This 4Runner runs and drives excellent.  Everything works as it should.  The 3.4L 6-Cylinder engine starts instantly and runs great.  The transmission shifts nice and smooth and the 4-Wheel-Drive works exactly as it should.  The truck goes straight down the road with no shakes, rattles, or pulls.  The truck shows 22 Carfax service records.  The Timing Belt/Water Pump, front/rear brakes, and four wheel alignment were all done at the Toyota dealership at 83,000 miles!  We have just installed a new exhaust system!  The 4 Matching BF GoodRich Rugged Trail TA tires are brand new with 0 miles on them!

I have 3 Keys, 1 Remote, 3 part Catch-All floormat set, full owners manual set, the full size spare tire, jack, tools, and a clean/clear title.

Toyota reports huge quarterly profit increase, raises forecast for the year

Sun, 04 Aug 2013

Toyota isn't just the world's largest automaker - so far its the biggest winner for quarterly profits. With an enormous $5.5 billion take during Q2, Toyota took advantage of the weak Japanese yen and strong US demand to record a 94-percent improvement in profit over the same period from last year. So far, Toyota brought in larger profits than Ford and General Motors combined.
Toyota is showing no signs of slowing down either, as it has bumped up its forecast for full-year global production, going from 9.94 million to 10.12 million vehicles, on the back of a 13-percent drop in the buying power of the Japanese yen versus the US dollar. That strong exchange rate is largely responsible for Toyota's big jump in profits, although it also managed to shift 1.3 million vehicles in the US market this year. Strong Camry sales have also helped. But while Toyota is raking in the cash, it actually saw a small drop in market share, down 0.1 percent to 14.3 percent of the US market.
As is the case with most automakers, Toyota seems flummoxed by Europe, where it recorded less than one percent of its revenue. Still, as Automotive News points out, Toyota only maintains a 4.5-percent market share in Europe and is far less dependent on the continent than other manufacturers. Toyota also struggled at home, much like Honda. With 525,777 units sold, JDM sales were down almost 51,000 units, although Toyota still saw its operating profit jump from $3.5 billion to $4.6 billion.

Scion rules out roadster, turbo versions of FR-S

Tue, Nov 25 2014

Ever since Toyota and Subaru released the sports car alternatively known as the GT86, 86, BRZ and Scion FR-S a couple of years ago, rumors have circulated that even more exciting variants could be in store. But at least as far as Scion is concerned, those rumors are apparently nothing more than wishful thinking. Speaking with WardsAuto at the LA Auto Show last week, Scion chief Doug Murtha said that the prospect of an FR-S roadster has been taken off the table entirely. Apparently Scion lobbied parent company Toyota to produce just such a model, but after failing to find other markets interested enough in the model to put it into production, corporate HQ said no. "I think we were pretty aggressive on our (submitted plan), but we looked at what we would have conceivably lost on the product and said, 'We're not going to even push it further,'" Murtha said, going on to note, "Nobody was more disappointed than we were." Murtha further shot down the idea of a turbo version of the FR-S, dismissing it as a prospect the blogosphere (that's us) wanted to happen but "that's not something that's coming." Either variant might have helped Scion and Toyota boost sales of the model (which are predictably dropping after their first two years on the market), but the investment also might not have paid off their development, tooling and marketing costs. Of course, Murtha can only speak for Toyota, but we'd be surprised to see Subaru go it alone on either model, as costs would be that much more prohibitive without a partner. Bummer.
