I am selling my very clean 2004 Subaru WRX sedan in "rally blue". This has been my daily driver since I purchased it in 2004. It's a fantastic car. It breaks my heart to sell it. I have spared no expense in modifying it. As it sits, it has over $23,000 in go fast aftermarket parts. It's a full custom race car that's been tuned as a killer daily driver. I have all receipts for every part, dyne tune, oil change and tire rotation. There are too many modifications to list on this section but I have a spreadsheet I will attach as a photo. The highlights are a fully built engine with forged components (pistons, connecting rods, stage two cams, potted heads), free breathing intake and exhaust, Custom turbo oil and water cooled, two sets of wheels and tires (summer & winter), six HID light bulbs (low beam, high beam, fog), brand new mishimoto racing suspension, radiator, piggy-back computer, tinted windows, six digital gauges, etc, etc!

Subaru SVX to be resurrected with hybrid power?
Thu, 12 Jun 2014Salt. Get the salt. A new report out of Australia is claiming that Subaru is working on a new SVX. Yes, seriously.
Now, this is not feasible for a pair of huge reasons. First, the demand for a two-door Subaru, as we've seen with the BRZ, has not been tremendous. Second, the original SVX was a pretty horrible seller. Could the world be ready for a revival, though?
According to an unnamed source that spoke to Motoring.com.au, the reborn SVX will be based on the Viziv 2 Concept that was shown at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, but it will be a considerably more aggressive design, arriving as a low, wide shooting brake. According to the Aussies, the reborn SVX would ride on a new Subaru Global Platform, which will underpin the next-generation Tribeca, because of that platform's support for hybridization.
Subaru XV runs over dog in Russian ad, but in a funny way
Sat, 26 Apr 2014In case you're wondering, no, the woman didn't actually hit the dog. This is just a commercial, and a fairly clever one after you get over the perceived canicide, that's meant to show off the desirability of Subaru's lifted Impreza wagon, the XV Crosstrek.
We'll try not to spoil it for you, because it is a fairly humorous piece, but you have to make sure to watch it from start to finish. The found-footage angle of it, which sort of presents it with the same quality as a Russian dashcam video, just adds to the video's ridiculous premise.
We aren't sure if this is an actual ad from the Russian arm of Subaru, as it seems to be posted from an independent account with only one video to its credit. Still, have a look below, and let us know what you think.
Autoblog goes on an African safari, Subaru-Style
Fri, 21 Jun 2013... And Learns To Love The Ostrich
Subaru may be the ostrich of the Japanese auto industry.
When one thinks of a safari, they naturally draw pictures in their mind's eye of wild animals, like lions, elephants and giraffes. I'm no different, and it was with visions of long telephoto lenses over vast runes and dunes that I embarked on a 19-hour plane ride from Phoenix, Arizona to Plettenberg Bay in South Africa, camera gear in tow.
