Two owner vehicle (My uncle purchased new, and I bought it in 2010)
Daily driven 50+ miles a day (Was 100+ miles a day until May 2013)
Oil changed every 3,000 miles with Rotella T 5-40, air and fuel filters changed regularly, etc
- Clutch is original as the car was 95% highway driven its entire life. Does not slip

Recently replaced the radiator (Winter 2012), all four tires new as of a month ago, struts/springs replaced this last spring.
Control arm recall performed


The bad:

- Ball joints should be replaced soon
- Two of the wheels have a little bit of curbing
- Rear driver's door has a small dent in it
- Driver's rear quarter has typical Subaru rot/rust
- AC needs to be recharged
- Front passenger window switch is slow/does not work. Window itself rolls up and down fine with master switch
- Scratches in paint on roof
- Driver's side front wheel well plastic trim needs to be replaced (Removed last week)
- As mentioned above, clutch does not slip, but it is original to the car and is higher mileage.

Subaru Takes Us Along To Drive On The Isle of Man, And We Try Not To Ball It Up
While the mild dehydration wasn't helping me, it was probably the least of my worries.
I am not a timid driver, nor an inexperienced one. But waiting to take a lap of the stunningly dangerous, 37.7-mile Snaefell Mountain Course at the Isle of Man TT had me on tilt, no fooling. I concentrated on the task in front of me, left hand working the gear pattern on the right-hand-drive Subaru BRZ I was to pilot, while kids on bikes, fat old beer-drinking men and other members of a fast-growing throng of onlookers pointed at our group of five Subarus and nine Americans. We were moments from our 'demonstration' for the motorcycle racing-hungry crowd and I was awfully glad, at that exact moment, that I'd emptied my bladder before buckling in.

Scion testing updated FR-S

It looks like Toyota is preparing a mid-cycle update for its critically acclaimed GT86, known here in the US as the Scion FR-S or Subaru BRZ. As far as updates go, this one looks to be rather average. Hidden behind the camouflaged front and rear ends, we have new headlights and taillights, which according to our spies looked to be of the LED variety. We wouldn't be shocked to see the GT86 get LED taillights, although fitting the top-of-the-line headlights seems less likely. Supporting that position are the images we have of the actual headlights in action, which don't look quite bright enough to be full LED units. Instead, we'd expect some new form of running light, perhaps with bi-xenon low beams. Aside from the lamps, the front bumper gets a larger, more prominent lower intake, while the rear end sports a redefined bumper that houses larger dual exhaust tips. The size of the spoiler has been increased, too. According to our spies, we should also expect powertrain enhancements – which we can only hope means more power – as well as upgrades to the interior of the GT86. While it's possible that the updates being tested in Germany could be exclusive to the European market, that seems unlikely. We'd expect the same new enhancements to at least find their way to the Scion, if not its Subaru-badged twin. Check out the full battery of spy photos up top. Related Video:
