NO RESERVE!!!!

AS ALWAYS!

What we have for sale is a 2002 Subaru outback legacy. This is a good running car, It has belonged to

my sister who is an adult with two teenage children, for 2-1/2 years and 50,000 miles. God bless it, it has

never her sitting!!! The seats are in good shape no rips or tears, Nonsmoker, smells clean inside and as far

as we know we're the third owner. It has a nice set of Michelin tires with good tread. Windows work,

windshield is in perfect condition, two sets of keys with remote key fobs, both work! radio works. AIR

CONDITIONING WORKS!!! Breaks are smooth, both headlight bulbs were recently replaced! It received a

set of catalytic converters at 145k and a new clutch at 155k. THIS CAR IS CURRENTLY BEING DRIVEN

80 MILES A DAY!!!

The reason for selling is a much lengthened commute, she bought a brand VW Passat diesel for the 51 mpg.

The bad, there are a few dents and dings in the car, nothing that affect performance, the worst being

the front left fender, please see the pictures. The car uses about a quart of oil every thousand miles, it was

like this when she bought it, doesn't seem to affect performance but want to be forth coming with the

details.  Her mechanic told her it is in need of a front right inner CV boot. The car is also in need of

muffler because of this it is loud and her mechanic recommended it be replaced. There are a couple

rust bubbles starting under the paint on the back quarters where the fender meets the bumper, but not

through the paint yet. The headlight lenses are a little cloudy and could use a buffing.

Please be prepared to leave a deposit of $100 at the end of the auction! this is to ensure you are serious

and cover my cost! If at the time you come to pick the car up you feel it has been miss represented i will

gladly refund through paypal and you will not need to complete the transaction, BUT! please look the car

over before you bid!!! You may pay the full amount through paypal, but you will be responsable for the

fees!!

Any questions? please ask I will get the answer asap!!!

NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED!!!    CAR IS FOR SALE AS IS WHERE IS...

PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE READY TO BUY THE CAR, WHEN YOU WIN THE AUCTION YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PURCHASE IT!

THE TIME FOR LOOKING AT THE CAR IS BEFORE THE END OF THE AUCTION. FEEL FREE TO COME OUT AND LOOK THE CAR OVER ANYTIME!

PLEASE BE  REALISTIC THIS CAR IS 10 YEARS OLD WITH 191,000 MILES, IT IS A GOOD CAR FOR WHAT IT IS, BUT EXPECT A CAR CONGRUENT WITH THE AGE AND MILES.

Subaru unveils catchily named WRX STI tS Type RA in Japan

Tue, 02 Jul 2013

We feel safe in saying it's time for Subaru to step away from the keyboard for a spell. The company just unveiled this new WRX STI tS Type RA in Japan, and while the car features all sorts of tricks to help it stand out from the rest of the WRX rabble, it also boasts a name that looks like the product of a good old fashioned QWERTY Hulk smash. Nomenclature aside, this WRX STI features a revised suspension with tweaked springs and dampers as well as a faster steering ratio, Brembo brakes and a front strut tower brace.
JDM buyers can pick between the ever-sexy (if loud) Tangerine Orange Pearl paint seen here, Satin White Pearl or Blue Mica. There's also available NBR Challenge Package, complete with a set of Recaro front seats, a few carbon fiber aero bits and 18-inch BBS forged wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE070 rubber. How's that for delicious?
Subaru is only planning to crank out 300 WRX STI tS Type RA units, two-thirds of which will carry the NBR goodies.

Subaru teases Impreza sedan concept for LA

Tue, Nov 10 2015

When the doors open at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month, Subaru will be on hand to preview its upcoming Impreza. But before it does, it's giving us an idea of what to expect. Although we can only see so much of it from the teaser image above, the Impreza Sedan Concept pictured here for the first time looks similar to the Impreza 5-Door Concept we saw in Tokyo mere days ago. It seems to bear the same headlights and the same sculpted flank as the hatchback show car. Only as you might have discerned by now, it has a trunk instead of a tailgate. And instead of that blueish-silver, this one's done up in metallic red. For more than that, we'll have to wait. And it's entirely possible that even when it does arrive, Subaru won't tell us much about the technical specifications. Many of these concepts don't actually have engines, after all, When the new Impreza does reach production, it will in all likelihood feature a boxer four engine and all-wheel drive. Subaru to Debut "Impreza Sedan Concept" at 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show Tokyo, November 10, 2015 – Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (FHI), the manufacturer of Subaru automobiles, today announced that the "Impreza Sedan Concept" will make its world debut at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show (Press day: November 17 – 19 / Open to the public: November 20 – 29, 2015). The Impreza Sedan Concept will be unveiled at the press briefing scheduled for 2:35 PM PST on November 18 at Subaru booth following a speech by FHI President & CEO, Yasuyuki Yoshinaga. The special site opens today on the Subaru Global Site. http://www.subaru-global.com/2015la.html The site will feature information updates relating to the Los Angeles Auto Show including Subaru's press conference. 2015 Subaru WRX: Introduction

Tue, 10 Jun 2014

"As far as street-legal rally cars go, there's still nothing better than a WRX." I wrote that line following my first drive of the 2015 Subaru WRX late last year - one of the better motoring experiences I had in 2013. Sure, a particularly involving drive route helped, but I don't want to sell the new Subaru short: it's a seriously good car - easily one of the sharpest, best-driving little turbos available today.
When I drove the even hotter 2015 WRX STI in January, it was a similar love-fest. The STI is infused with all of the WRX's greatness, but it's sharper, meaner, and on good roads (and race tracks), the winged wonder is really outstanding. But because of its higher price tag, less forgiving suspension tuning, and only marginal performance increases, I'm convinced that the STI isn't the best WRX for the money. And much as I love it, I just don't think I'd ever buy the STI over its more sedate sister (though I totally understand why others might).
So when it came time to add a new long-term car to the Autoblog fleet, many votes were cast in favor of the WRX. There was a lot of debate about whether or not to get the standard version, or the mightier STI. But at the end of the day, my argument that the basic WRX is the better daily driver - nee, one of the best all-around, all-weather performers money can buy - carried the day.
