Only some minor cosmetic flaws, including 1 small hail ping in a hard-to-notice spot, and slight wear on the side of the driver's seat. The paint really shines, but has some very small nicks low down along the bottom of the doors, this happens on most AWD cars without mud-flaps. There was a minor accident a few years ago, the back bumper was only scratched, and the damage was properly repaired. There was no impact in the accident."

Priced below private party blue book value to sell quickly!

I'm selling my 08 Subaru Impreza STI. I absolutely love this car, I really don't want to sell it, but I need to do so in order to save up for my wedding.

This car is in really great shape, all maintenance has been done at Subaru dealers, all recorded on carfax. It's last service was less than a month ago, and it had new tires put on it a few months ago, they're Cooper high performance all-season tires. The car has never had any mechanical issues, and is completely stock except for a 3inch cat-back exhaust (the original exhaust is available to sell with the car at no extra cost if you want it), it still has the factory downpipe and cat, so everything runs like it did from the factory, you don't have to worry about reliability issues. I added the boost gauge just to keep an eye on things, making sure there are no leaks, etc.

There are minor flaws that you would expect to find on a 80k mile car. Some very small nicks on the door panels where the wheels have slung up small rocks. There is a single small hail dent on the top, not noticeable unless you're looking closely. And the side of the driver's seat is worn some from getting in and out, but its not torn.

There was a minor rear-end accident a few years back. The only damage was that the rear bumper was scratched, but there was no impact. The damage was professionally repaired.

This car was owned by an older gentleman who babied it.

Specs on the car: about 80100 miles (still driving it a little to keep it from sitting, at time of listing it has exactly 80,081 miles on the odo).
Base model with upgraded audio and factory sub, satellite radio, auto-dimming mirror with homelink, and center armrest as added options from the factory.
Standard options include remote entry, power windows, cruise, mp3 6-cd changer, climate control, leather, driver-controlled center differential, SI-drive, Brembo brakes, racing seats, 6-speed transmission, and cargo cover.
Black lip-kit, window tint, 3" cat-back exhaust, and boost gauge as added aftermarket accessories.

The title is at a credit union. They allow the buyer and seller to pick up the title in person upon payoff with cash or certified check. If you're not going to be picking the car up in person, the title will be mailed to you via your preferred shipping service with tracking information, after receiving full payment. I will try to make the process as easy as possible for you, I really need to sell this car soon for finances.

Feel free to message me with any questions.

2015 Subaru WRX gets down and dirty

Fri, 13 Dec 2013

Looks rarely tell the whole story. We'll admit to being a bit let down by the Subaru WRX and its rather conservative appearance - where were the gold wheels and the spoilers? Hatchback? World Rally Blue? But after seeing it in this video and hearing that signature, throaty growl while this red example drifts and slides around dirt roads, we're starting to get more excited.
While the growl is the main reason for watching the clip below (you should do that now), Subaru has also thrown in some information about the improved suspension, and increased power. Learn along with us, below.

Driving the Ford Explorer ST and Volvo V60 Cross Country | Autoblog Podcast #613

Fri, Feb 7 2020

In this week's Autoblog Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore is joined by West Coast Editor James Riswick. First they talk about driving the Volvo V60 Cross Country and Ford Explorer ST, with some thoughts about the Subaru Outback and Super Bowl commercials as well. Then they dive into the mailbag, answering questions and following up on the outcomes of previous "Spend My Money" segments. Finally they wrap things off with a new "Spend My Money," in which they help a listener pick a new car that will accommodate a new, tiny family member without sucking all the fun out of driving. A pair of Mitsubishis, the Mazda CX-30 and electric incentives | Autoblog Podcast #673

Fri, Apr 9 2021

This week's Autoblog Podcast features Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore and Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski as they debate the merits of the redesigned Subaru BRZ and Toyota 86 coupes and whether or not they are distinctive and powerful enough to attract buyers. The duo spends some time discussing ongoing EV and infrastructure legislation before turning their attention to a trio of crossovers. Greg muses about the 2021 Mazda CX-30 before Jeremy talks about the refreshed 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and completely redesigned Outlander. We get nostalgic as we remember the dearly departed Pontiac GTO before wrapping the podcast up by making one more suggestion to a longtime listener who is shopping for a vehicle to replace her aging Honda Pilot.
