68,xxx miles and counting as this is my daily driver. I am the second owner, purchased at 52,000 miles, and the gentleman before me was in his mid 40's. Needless to say, this 2007 STi has been pampered. Oil changed every 2,500-3,000 miles, routine maintenance as called for in the owner's manual. There is one carfax report - the previous owner left the windows open and had to replace the airbag sensors. No body damage or accidents ever. The only modifications to the car are the Cobb short throw shifter (first owner's only mod), Cobb Accessport, DW 255 fuel pump, 850cc injectors, Grimmspeed Uppipe, Cobb downpipe, stage 2 tune on 91 octane and E85 (6 maps in total). I have all receipts, paperwork, tune sheets, stock parts, etc. Car was tuned by Harvey at The Boost Creep in Longmont, CO. Original paint is in great condition. Tired and brakes are in fine shape. Never tracked. Runs smooth and super reliable. Extremely clean. Clear title. I have more photos if needed. Selling because job relocated me to London.

Toyota GT86 engineer Tada recounts how sports car came to be

Because the Toyota GT86, Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ coupes are now a reality, it's almost hard to imagine the struggle that had to happen within the large, conservative corporate structures at both automakers for the joint project to even get off of the ground.
Speaking to those struggles on Toyota UK's Toyota Blog, GT86 Chief Engineer Tetsuya Tada enlightens us with a recap of the sports car's earliest origins. For Tada, the first stages of the project must have seemed almost as dreamlike as the final product is to drive.
Said the Chief, "I had been working in the minivan department engineering new product, but a month after the meeting I was summoned. 'Forget about minivans,' they said, 'you are now working on the sports-car project.'"
