2005 Subaru Impreza Wrx Wagon 4-door 2.0l on 2040-cars
Grand Haven, Michigan, United States
Up for sale is my 2005 WRX Wagon. I purchased this car several months
ago from its second owner down in Kentucky. I am the third owner of this
car, and while I have enjoyed owning this car for the brief time I have
had it, its time to be an adult and buy a house instead of a toy.

I found a 2005 STi cluster with 85026 miles on it for sale. I just drove around until I was down to 10 miles, drove around my block till it was 1 mile difference, then drove around a church parking lot till it matched up. If there is any difference in mileage, it's less than 1 mile in favor of the car have less miles. I certify this to be true to the best of my knowledge. This car is SUPER reliable. I bought it off NASIOC from its second owner down in Louisville, Kentucky, and drove it home that day without any issues. I have put approx. 6000 miles on it in 4 months, and it has driven great the entire time. I recently took it on a 1,000+ mile road trip over the course of 4 days, and it performed flawlessly. Most of the work has been done by the previous owner, and I have a folder containing receipts for almost everything that has been done to it. Feel free to ask any questions you might have, I will do my best to answer them to the best of my knowledge. I work around 72 hours a week, so if it takes me a bit to respond don't fret, I will respond as soon as I can! I will entertain reasonable offers, however I do have a lien against the vehicle. The car is for sale locally as well, and I reserve the right to cancel the auction at at time if the car sells locally. TO THE BUYER I require an immediate $1000 deposit to hold the car for 2 weeks. The buyer has 2 weeks to pick up the car and provide the rest of the money unless the buyer and I come to an agreement otherwise. Failure to retrieve the car or produce full payment in that time frame will result in forfeit of deposit and I will relist the car for sale. Buyer is responsible for shipping and retrieval of car. |

A mighty Outback breaks ground at Subaru's new USA HQ
Fri, Dec 11 2015Subaru is getting down to business at its new American headquarters. Announced just a year ago, the Japanese automaker just broke ground for construction of the new facility. And though it's moving from its existing location, the company is staying in New Jersey just as it has for nearly half a century now. The new facility is being built in Camden, opposite Campell's headquarters in a development spearheaded by the soup company. As part of the project, Subaru will relocate its current offices from Cherry Hill and Pennsauken to the new Camden headquarters, which will accommodate over 600 employees in one building with 250,000 square feet and another with 83,000 – more than double the size of its current headquarters. The distribution and training center, however, will stay put in Florence, NJ. The $118 million project is earmarked for completion by the end of 2017. The groundbreaking ceremony took place yesterday in front of an array of historic Subaru models. The earth itself was moved by a specially prepared yellow Outback wagon with a plow attached to the front. Subaru's decision to remain in Jersey comes in stark contrast to Mercedes' move out of the state and down south to Georgia. Other automakers with their North American headquarters in New Jersey include Volvo in Rockleigh, Mitsubishi (ironically) in Swedesboro, BMW in Woodcliff Lake, and Jaguar Land Rover in Mahwah. SUBARU OF AMERICA BREAKS GROUND ON NEW HEADQUARTERS IN CAMDEN, NJ Cherry Hill, N.J. - Subaru of America, Inc. today broke ground on its future home in Camden, NJ. The company plans to develop an all-new $118 million corporate headquarters in the city, and in doing so, maintain its corporate headquarters in New Jersey as it has for approaching 50 years. The automaker's new headquarters will be located adjacent to Campbell Soup Company's world headquarters. The Subaru of America campus will be the first new corporate headquarters in Knights Crossing, a master plan urban town center community, being developed by Brandywine Realty Trust. The ground-breaking ceremony featured a display of historic Subaru vehicles from the company's 50 years in the Delaware Valley, as well as a unique earth moving/groundbreaking ceremony conducted by a specially-produced Subaru Outback with an attached plow. Subaru celebrates 4-millionth vehicle built in Indiana
Mon, 02 Sep 2013Subaru has produced its four-millionth vehicle at its Lafayette, Indiana factory. The Deep Indigo Blue 2014 Outback is pictured above, alongside the very first Subaru to leave the Lafayette facility, a first-generation Legacy. Formally known as Subaru of Indiana Automotive, SIA opened its doors in 1989 and currently produces the Outback, Forester and Tribeca for Subaru, in addition to the Toyota Camry.
The plant, which was originally a joint venture between Subaru and Isuzu, has produced nine different models for four different manufacturers over the years, and is getting ready to add a tenth as Impreza production will be coming to SIA. Subaru announced plans to move Impreza production to Indiana when it made a $400-million investment in the facility earlier this year. As production continues, the Lafayette Journal-Courier reports that SIA will produce another million units by the end of 2017.
Subaru ending Tribeca production in January?
Fri, 18 Oct 2013The writing has been on the wall for some time, but it seems that Subaru is finally pulling the lever on the guillotine to put the midsize Tribeca crossover out of its misery. Jalopnik has what appears to be a communication from Subaru to its dealers announcing that the final Tribeca will roll off the Lafayette, IN assembly line in January, with the last dealer delivery expected to occur the following month.
The last report we heard regarding the Tribeca said that Subaru could be planning a fullsize, three-row crossover, possibly to compete against the Nissan Pathfinder and Ford Explorer. Dropping the Tribeca would leave the automaker without a three-row crossover for the foreseeable future, but according to the memo, Subaru has sold just 78,000 Tribecas since 2005 making it one of the worst-selling vehicles in the US in 2011 and 2012 - for comparison, the automaker has already found 84,372 customers for its new Forester this year (through September) alone.
We have reached out to Subaru for comment on the Tribeca's passing, but have yet to hear back as of this writing. Stay tuned for an update, when and if we get word.
