This vehicle has never been damaged and only driven by one driver.. my wife who has taken meticulous care inside and out and with regular engine service/maintenance."

This is a beautiful clean car in like new condition. We are the original owners and it was driven very carefully by my wife only.  Selling because we have a large family and we just don't drive the car much except date nights.  Nobody has ever smoked in this car and nobody has ever driven it hard in any of it's approx. 15000. miles.  never has had any mechanical problems.  It has an excellent factory option sound system with a base speaker behind the seats that really lets you feel the music and the system turns up and down in volume relative to how much ambient noise or the speed of the car.  If you are looking at this car you likely know that the Red Line option is a turbocharge feature that make this car scary quick in acceleration and very fast overall.  Hopefully you also realize this turbocharge option also make the car get better mpg than a standard Sky.  I have had many sports cars (and muscle cars) throughout my years but for stock factory speed and handling this car blows them all away .. especially for the price.   If you are looking for a fun, affordable and comfortable little rocket that will turn heads this is your car.

As far as payment a wire transfer from your bank to mine is preferred.  You are responsible for the shipping and the car is located in an area the auto shippers routinely pick up and I have been through this process shipping and receiving so am familiar with the ease of it.

VIDEO: Saturn's demise? We blame Jim Gaffigan*

When the deal to sell Saturn to Penske Automotive fell through, there were likely a lot of surprised people at General Motors' Detroit, MI headquarters. Penske released a statement saying that the reason the deal fell through after months of good faith negotiations was that a suitable post-GM supply of vehicles could not be found. However, after reacquainting ourselves with over eight minutes of outtakes from Jim Gaffigan's old Saturn commercial, we're thinking the comedic pitchman is to blame.

GM investing $167m in Spring Hill for new midsize vehicles

Tue, 06 Aug 2013

General Motors has announced a large investment in its Spring Hill, Tennessee facility. The former home of Saturn production will be getting a $167 million addition to a previously announced $183 million, to cover a pair of new midsize vehicles. The investment is expected to create 1,800 jobs at the factory.
That $350 million is being divvied up for a pair of programs at Spring Hill. The first will take the bulk of the money ($223 million) and create 1,000 of the 1,800 jobs, while the other will take the remaining $127 million and generate the leftover 800 positions. But GM says the investment will cover "midsize vehicle programs." So what could they be?
The leading candidate in our minds is a new crossover for Buick, called the Anthem, that will slot between the Encore and Enclave, but will be slightly smaller than the Equinox and Terrain. As we've explained, the new model will likely be the first product to sport GM's new D2UX platform, which will eventually replace both the Delta and Theta platforms. Spring Hill is already building the Equinox, so there could be some credence to this theory.

GM ignition switch trial cleared to begin on January 11

Sat, Jan 2 2016

US District Judge Jesse Furman didn't accept General Motor's attempt to dismiss a civil trial over the automaker's faulty ignition switches, and set a January 11 start date for the case to begin, according to Reuters. The judge found that plaintiff Robert Scheuer had the evidence to proceed with the case. Scheuer was injured in an accident in his 2003 Saturn Ion in 2014 when another vehicle forced him off the road, and he crashed into some trees. The airbag didn't deploy, and Scheuer alleged this was the result of the faulty ignition switch. According to Reuters, Scheuer's trial is one of six bellwether cases over GM's ignition switch problem in the coming year. Juries' decisions in these lawsuits should provide an example of how similar trials could end, and these results would help The General decide whether to settle other pending cases or to keep fighting them. The ignition switch fiasco has already cost GM billions. For example, the company's compensation program offered $594.5 million in 399 cases of people killed or injured by the defective parts. Anyone that accepted this money agreed not to sue GM for the problem later. The company also came to a $900 million criminal settlement with the US government and paid $575 million in civil resolutions in September.
