Vehicle is in overall great mechanical condition. Has always ran good for me. I bought it last summer and drove it around for the summer, top always worked good and still does. I parked it inside for the winter. I just moved to a new place that does not have a garage and will not be able to store it inside, so makes more sense to sell it than to keep it. I bought it out of steamboat springs where an older gentlemen owned it before me. If you have any other questions please just ask. KBB says its valued at roughly $2182 for good condition which I believe this is, and NADA has it at $1950-$2500 as trade in. Again if you have any questions please let me know. Shipping and pickup is the responsibility of the buyer. I can make sure to be here if someone is gonna have a vehicle transport to make sure it is done carefully and the vehicle is taken care of. $500 needs to be deposited 48 hours after auction end by the winning bidder. Court extends Saab reorganization bid until end of November
Fri, 10 Oct 2014Saab parent company National Electric Vehicle Sweden refuses to go down without a fight. After a recent trip to court, the company is emerging with an extension on its reorganization until November 29. According to Europe Online Magazine, there's also an appointed committee of creditors and union representatives to monitor NEVS' restructuring process.
NEVS still isn't giving up hope of saving itself, and the company claims there are has two potential strategies for getting back on its feet. The main plan is to "finalize the negotiations with the two Asian automotive manufacturers," according to a press release. Those firms still aren't identified, but Mahindra may be involved. According to Europe Online Magazine, one of the businesses is looking to take partial ownership of NEVS, and the other is considering some sort of cooperation with it.
If that plan fails, the second option is to take advantage of the factory and become a contract manufacturer.
Saab's never-was 9-3 gets a few better looks
Sat, 23 Mar 2013The recent glimpses we've been getting of the never-was Saab 9-3 Phoenix must be like rubbing salt on the wounds of all the Saab fans out there. If that's the case, diehard Saab enthusiasts might want to look away from this. SaabWorld has uncovered a handful of shots of what was to be the next-generation 9-3 hatchback, and boy does it look sharp.
Revealing a clearer look at what we previously saw in grainy images or as a full-scale model, these new pictures show what Jason Castriota had in mind for the new car. The front end is obviously inspired by Saab's Phoenix Concept, while the rear of the car pays homage to the Saab 900 hatchback.

Deal brokered to get Saab warranty service honored at GM dealers
Mon, 24 Dec 2012When Pontiac, Hummer and Saturn were killed off, at least current owners never had to question where they would have to take their vehicle in case it needed to be serviced. The same couldn't be said for Saab owners... until now. General Motors and Saab Automobile Parts North America (the remaining entity of the bankrupted automaker) have signed an agreement that provides 179 service centers to current Saab owners to receive factory-trained technicians and official Saab replacement parts.
These warranty service providers will have all the tools, training and parts to maintain and repair Saab vehicles, and they will also have access to a technical assistance center for the technicians. Next year, SPNA will also set up a customer assistance center, which will likely be most useful in helping current owners find repair shows, as well as a program called Saab Secure to give added service support to owners of late model (2010 and 2011 model year) Saab vehicles. Finally, to make sure customers have a sufficient parts supply to keep their cars on the road, SPNA operates out of a 153,000 square foot warehouse in Michigan that has the ability to ship more than 3,000 parts orders per day.
