The Ghost is the newest offering from the storied Rolls-Royce marque, and is designed to be a more athletic and agile younger brother of the Phantom. It is built in the same facility as the Phantom and shares the same paint, wood, and leather workshops. All at once! The owner’s manual can be accessed electronically via any monitor in the car and provides keyword and image searching. No more thumbing through a manual to figure out what a button does. Everything is immediate, and with a beautiful user interface.
The Ghost is also the most powerful Rolls-Royce as well, featuring a twin-turbocharged 12-cylinder engine that puts out 563HP and 575 lbs-ft. of torque. The car is effortless to drive fast. Rolls-Royce bringing art deco-inspired cars to Paris, celebrates with posters
Thu, 20 Sep 2012Rolls-Royce announced that it will be bringing some "art-deco inspired" cars to the 2012 Paris Motor Show, and while we really have no clue what that means just yet, we're sure the cars are going to be very expensive.
The images show what appears to be a stylized Rolls-Royce Phantom or Ghost in an artistic rendering that would look at home in South Beach. Like the cars, Rolls-Royce is going all out with the launch of these special cars with an invitation-only introduction including a champagne reception.
We only have to wait until next week to see what features and styling changes Rolls-Royce has in store for these new bespoke models, but for now, enjoy this trio of art deco goodness and check out the press release below.

Rolls-Royce looks to the heavens with diamond-encrusted Celestial Phantom
Wed, 06 Nov 2013The Middle East is a vital market for Rolls-Royce, particularly in the Gulf emirates. So the British automaker wouldn't let the region's premier auto show go by unnoticed, and to that end has rolled into the Dubai Motor Show with an array of special editions.
Chief among them is the Celestial edition Phantom, a customized limousine that initially debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show but has returned to Dubai with the addition of 446 diamonds hand-set into the door panels, center console and cabin privacy partition. Taking the spirit of the Phantom's trademark starlight headliner even further, the Celestial edition reproduces overhead the constellations exactly as they were on the evening of January 1, 2003, when Rolls-Royce delivered the first Phantom to its owner, as verified by the South Downs Planetarium in Chichester, England.
The Bespoke division also fitted the Celestial Phantom with inky blue leather, special glassware and a custom picnic set. The wheel hubs are also engraved and the Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament uplit, demonstrating just a few of the possibilities awaiting those with the means not only to buy a new Rolls-Royce, but also commission special features from the Bespoke department.
