2011 Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab Pickup 4-door 5.7l 4wd on 2040-cars
O'Fallon, Missouri, United States
1-Owner Truck - Clean Carfax Vehicle Information: One owner 2011 RAM RAM 1500 VIN: 1D7RV1CT3BS537463 CREW PICKUP 5.7L V8 SFI OHV 16V 4 WHEEL DRIVE
The option list is as follows:
The truck looks stunning and the body is straight. The truck was involved in a minor accident
involving the front driver side two years ago.
The truck was repaired by the Dodge dealer I purchased it from using all
new factory parts. The paint work done
was to factory standards to meet the warranty requirements by Dodge for their
corrosion warranty. I have had no issues
with the truck since its repair two years ago. Below is the information the dealer reported and shows on CarFax report. NOTE: The truck was towed to the dealer
for repair as the accident bent the front left wheel.
Interior condition:
The beautiful tan and dark brown leather interior is all stock and still looks like new. It has upgraded color matched floor mats that make the
interior look nice and clean (I used clear plastic floor mats over the top as
not to wear out the floor mats). Everything works in the truck; lights, gauges,
seats, windows, locks, a/c blows cold etc. All of the original books, original window
sticker, and 4 key fobs included (two with auto-start option and two fobs
without auto start). This is a NON SMOKER vehicle. Mechanically: This Ram is in excellent condition and runs and drives very nice. It has very healthy eight cylinder motor (390 horsepower and 407 pound-feet of torque) that is very strong and an automatic transmission that shifts nice and smooth. This truck is ready to hit the street and looks good doing it! Here is your chance to own a beautiful Dodge Ram at a fraction of its original price. A recall on the rear differential pinion nut recently came out and I took the truck into the dealer and had this service performed on 6/24, so the Carfax report showing the recall is not updated with this information. Additional Car Fax information on Warranty:
Service records: The CarFax report I ran on June 12, 2014 indicates over 20 service records on file which proves and identifies all fo the regular services and maintenance that has been done on this vehicle. I have never let anyone touch the vehicle besides the dealer I bought it from. I just had oil changed and tires rotated at 64,700 miles along with the recall work for the differential pinion nut, which was done after the CarFax report on 6/12/14. The truck is driven daily so mileage will
increase slightly during the auction listing.
I also have the truck for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the
auction at any time for a local sale. I can email the CarFax report to anyone interested in looking at the information and service record information. |

FCA plants skipping summer shutdown to keep up with demand
Thu, May 14 2015Hopefully, some FCA US factory employees don't have big plans for the usual summer shutdown, because the automaker is keeping several plants running this year. Demand is so high that the company wants to keep models rolling off the assembly lines. Four FCA US assembly plants, all the engine factories, and some locations that build transmissions are staying open throughout the summer, according to the Detroit Free Press. Usually, these sites would see a two-week shutdown for the company to retool and perform repairs. This year, factories are staying open for FCA to support its strong sales. The lines that remaining humming through the summer show an inclination toward the automaker's popular SUV's and crossovers. They include the Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Michigan that builds the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango; Saltillo Van Assembly in Mexico that constructs the Ram ProMaster; Toledo Assembly Complex in Ohio that produces the Cherokee and Wrangler; and Toluca Assembly in Mexico that makes the Dodge Journey and Fiat 500. Tesla Model 3: Finding perspective
Sat, Apr 2 2016The reveal of the Tesla Model 3 this week was one of the biggest automotive events of the year. The car attracted 180,000 pre-orders in just 24 hours, gave the company's stock a jolt, and set Tesla on a more ambitious growth path for the rest of the decade. It's a staggering feat considering the Model 3 is one car, from one company that's just 13 years old. It begs the question: Is all of this attention warranted? Barclays analyst Brian Johnson urged investors to "take a deep breath," and be mindful that the Model 3 won't likely arrive in "significant volume" until possibly 2019. Though Tesla promises the car will launch in 2017, Johnson points to the slow rollouts of the Model S sedan and Model X crossover as cautionary notes. The potential extended wait didn't temper the enthusiasm of Tesla's faithful, and many put down deposits before they had even seen the car. Johnson compared the hype to a "Black Friday atmosphere," saying the social media buzz went from "insane mode to ludicrous mode," in a riff on Tesla's driving features. Still, the Barclays analyst was admittedly "curmudgeonly" when it came to Tesla's stock price. In comparison, Morgan Stanley called Tesla's shares undervalued, and expects the Model 3 to be the start of cataclysmic changes in the industry. "We have said for some time that, despite its many worthy accomplishments, Tesla had not yet truly disrupted the auto industry," according to a report led by Adam Jonas. "We are now getting a feeling that this may be starting to change." The Model 3 offers a range of 215 miles on a single charge, can sprint to 60 miles per hour in less than six seconds, and has room for five. It will also be capable of charging on Tesla's supercharging network and features the company's autonomous technology. With a starting price of $35,000 before incentives, it's arguably the most futuristic car that's attainable for a wide swatch of American buyers, though the Chevy Bolt EV is comparable (200-plus-mile range, $37,500 MSRP before incentives) in many ways. The Model 3's attainability is what partially drove the hype. It was like Elon was whispering: Y ou can own the future. The question is now: Can Tesla deliver? If it does, this early fanfare will be richly deserved. News & Analysis News: Top Gear appears to be in turmoil as Chris Evans works four hours a day. Analysis: Is this a soap opera or a car show?
Autoblog's guilty pleasure cars
Tue, Mar 10 2015Guilty pleasures are part of life – don't even try to pretend like you don't have one (or two, or six). In the non-automotive space, this could come down to that secret playlist in your iPhone of songs you'll only listen to when you're alone; or think of that one TV show you really do love, but won't admit to your friends. I've got plenty, and so do you. Going back to cars, here's a particularly juicy one for me: several years ago, I had a mad crush on the very last iteration of the Cadillac DTS. Oh yes, the front-wheel-drive, Northstar V8-powered sofa-on-wheels that was the last remaining shred of the elderly-swooning days of Cadillac's past. Every time I had the chance to drive one, I was secretly giddy. Don't hate me, okay? These days, the DTS is gone, but I've still got a mess of other cars that hold a special place in my heart. And in the spirit of camaraderie, I've asked my other Autoblog editors to tell me some of their guilty pleasure cars, as well – Seyth Miersma, as you can see above, has a few choice emotions to share about the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Read on to find out what cars make us secretly happy. Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG This decadent convertible is the epitome of the guilty pleasure. It's big, powerful, fairly heavy and it's richly appointed inside and out. It's a chocolate eclair with the three-pointed star on the hood. Given my druthers, I'd take the SL65 AMG, which delivers 621 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque. That output is borderline absurd for this laid-back convertible. I don't care. You don't need dessert. Sometimes you just crave it. The SL line is about the feel you get on the road. The roof is open. The air, sun and engine sounds all embrace you. It's the same dynamic you could have experienced in a Mercedes a century ago, yet the SL gives you the most modern of luxuries. An Airscarf feature that warms my neck and shoulders through a vent embedded in the seat? Yes, please. Sure, it's an old-guy car. Mr. Burns and Lord Grantham are probably too young and hip for an SL65. I don't care. This is my guilty pleasure. Release the hounds. – Greg Migliore Senior Editor Ford Flex I drove my first Flex in 2009 when my mother let me borrow hers for the summer while I was away at college. The incredibly spacious interior made moving twice that summer a breeze, and the 200-mile trips up north were quite comfortable.
