2010 Porsche Panamera Turbo Hatchback 4-door 4.8l on 2040-cars
Wayne, Pennsylvania, United States
I purchased this car new in 2010 and have meticulously maintained it since. All required maintenance was performed by Porsche of the Mainline and I have kept all service records. I mostly used this car for my daily work commute which consisted almost entirely of highway driving, it was garage kept every evening. The exterior and interior are practically flawless. A 3M clear bra was installed immediately after purchase and the car has been professionally detailed recently. The car has a black exterior full leather interior in "Luxor Beige", 20-Inch Spyder Design Wheels, Michelin pilot super sport tires, Sport Chrono, launch control, AWD, PDK, Navigation, Back up Camera, Parking sensors, Communication Mgmt Sys, Heated seat and much more. I'm the first owner and do not smoke. This car has never been in an accident, it has no paint chips, no door dings, and no paint touch ups.

Jack Olsen built one Porsche to do it all
Wed, 23 Jan 2013Jack Olsen has built himself a lair called the 12-Gauge Garage, and inside that garage he built a lairy Porsche 911 nicknamed Black Beauty II. Although it looks like one of Stuttgart's models from the sixties or seventies, it is actually four decades of 911 gubbins from 1965 to 2000 thrown under one shell: the lightweight body is from 1972, the transaxle from 1977, the brakes from a 1986 Turbo, the engine from 1995, for example. It weighs 2,400 pounds and it's got 272 horsepower to get it going, but it's still a pure Porsche, Olsen saying, "If you stop thinking about what you're doing, it will remind you in very abrupt ways."
Olsen said the real point has been to have one car that does it all, so he does everything in his 911 from neighborhood runs to 7-11 to track racing - he loads the aero bits in the car and bolts them on trackside. And he says he'll never stop tweaking the suspension.
You can watch and hear the rest in Olsen's words in the video below.
Overnight action from the 24 Hours of Le Mans
Sun, 23 Jun 2013We won't go into a recap here, but there are still leading positions being fought for in all classes - it's so close that leads are changing when a car goes into the pits. We'll let the recap wait until the end of the race, so for now enjoy some shots from last night's action at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
