Inside, the stone black leather seats are excellent with little if any wear, and they show excellent. Simply put, the interior and exterior of this car is gorgeous. Mechanically, this Porsche is excellent. We just completed the annual service here at our Performance Center so it is ready for it's new owner. 3. To get the car across the border you will need to fax a copy of the front and back of the title to the border 72 hours in advance.

4. You must have the original title with the car to get it across the border.

5. To register the car in Canada you will need a NO OPEN RECALL letter from the manufacturer.

6. You might have to make some modifications to get the car registered (example: day time running lights).

7. All cars will have an Ohio temporary license plate provided.

TERMS OF DEPOSIT

The successful high bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the auction closing to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the auction closing. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment is accepted in U.S. dollars only.

TAXES AND FEES

Different states, cities, and counties tax the purchase of an automobile differently. Your tax on an automobile is always determined by the address you are registering the car to. The 16th Petit Le Mans Powered By Mazda, in the final year of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón, was run on Saturday. Even though many of this year's championships had already been decided, the last ALMS race ever would be a 10-hour, 1,000-mile slog around Road Atlanta to get names in the record books and decide a few series trophies.

Few things get us as cranked up as a Porsche 911. Generation after generation, this rear-engined oddity has exhilarated our senses, and the new 991 is the most capable iteration yet. Even so, there's a lot to be said for the older models, from their lighter weights and more modest dimensions to their air-cooled thrums.
That elemental vintage Porsche appeal hasn't been lost on Los Angeles-based Singer Vehicle Design, which has endeavored to take the best bits from every generation of 911 and combine them into one impossibly sexy rear-engined machine. Based on a 964 donor car, we knew that a lot of work would need to go into everything from the structure to the bodywork to realize the Singer's cohesive aesthetic and dynamic vision, but we didn't know just how much until we watched this Drive video featuring Chris Harris. The auto journo gets time with the 350-horsepower, Cosworth-motivated coupe on both mountain passes and at the track, but what could be the most interesting thing about the 27-minute-long video is his in-depth plant tour.

Preparing for Le Mans 2014 Porsche remembers 1971 and the 917 [w/video]

Porsche has given us another look back at its successes at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. This time it's 1971, the year that its 917 set records that haven't all been eclipsed. It's 45-kilogram magnesium tube frame was the lightest, Jackie Oliver set the fastest in-race lap with a time that still stands, and winning drivers Helmut Marko - the same Helmut Marko currently with Infiniti Red Bull Racing - and Gilles Lethem did so many laps that their distance wasn't exceeded until the Audi R15 TDI did it in 2010.
1971 was also the year of the "Pink Pig." With bodywork created by a French aerodynamics firm, the wider, rounder 917 earned the porcine moniker so Porsche painted it pink and labeled it with the cuts you'd get from a pig. Sponsor Martini was so miffed they demanded all Martini branding be removed. No one can remove the thousands of photographs taken of the car ever since. Enjoy that and more in the video below.
