This Cayenne was owed by a man in his 80's in Texas. He bought the car brand new. You can tell, this was his baby. Only the Porsche Dealership has ever touched the vehicle (no other mechanic). An extremely complete service was done at 36,000 miles. They replaced the oil, oil filter, air cleaner, pollen filter, front & rear wiper blades, rotated & balanced the tires, full 4-wheel alignment, and a hydraulic brake system flush. To the sum of $1,971.28. A second set of wheels and tires were recently purchased specifically for hard winters even though it has not yet seen a hard winter like we have here in Michigan yet. Included with this Porsche is all the service records from day 1 including the Original Window Sticker, all the Paperwork, Manuals and more. So I am happy to say the car is SERVICED UP!!!

The Tubi Exhaust is AWESOME! It sounds like a Beast. I have never seen Tubi Exhaust on any vehicles other than a Ferrari. But come to find out they have a whole line of Porsche Parts... If you are not familiar with Tubi; They are Top-of-the-Line! All of the parts are top quality and numbered. The previous owner spent thousands of dollars! Just quick research on the net; I found the Eisenmann Tip alone was over $1,800 . Again all of the work was done by the Porsche Dealer.

This vehicle is exceptional in mechanical and cosmetic aspects. The reason I am selling it is I had purchased the vehicle for my daughter last spring. Since then she has found a position in Chicago and no longer needs, nor has space, for a vehicle. She has put 12,000 this summer and now no longer expects to be needing a vehicle. Since then I had also purchased a new set of Pirellis for the 22 inch special order Porsche Wheels As far as I can tell, there has been no paint or bodywork done on this car. I have both master keyfobs, one plastic emergency key, and all of the owners manuals. Please understand I can not resist driving this car; it will have a few more miles that the listing says (I promise I will baby her).

Remembering Porsche's illustrious Le Mans history

Not only does this weekend mark the running of the 82nd 24 Hours of Le Mans, it will also see the return of one of the race's most venerable brands to the top tiers of endurance racing. Porsche will campaign its first top-flight car since the 1998 911 GT1-98, the 919 Hybrid, at this weekend's race, in the hopes of knocking off its corporate rival, the dominant Audi team.
To understand just what a win for the 919 would mean, though, you need to look back on the intrinsic connection between the Circuit de la Sarthe and Porsche. It's a history that spans decades, dating back to the team's first win in 1970.

Watch this Koenigsegg CCX hit 211 mph on a runway, outpacing McLaren's P1

Vmax200 in in England organizes events where those who care to show up with a supercar can run them down the two-mile runway at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground. Evo attended the latest event, bringing an impressively green Lamborghini Aventador to test its girth and gaping vents against other precious metals like the McLaren P1 and F1, Ferrari F12 Berlinetta and Enzo, a Porsche Carrera GT and enough 911 Turbos to start a dealership. Speaking of those Porsches, nine of the top ten slots in the top speed competition are claimed by modified 911 Turbos.
A monochrome Swede ruled them all, though, a black-and-white Koenigsegg CCX setting fire to the speed trap run after run, hitting 211 miles per hour at its quickest. It was followed by, surprise, a 911 GT2 modified by 9E that did 210 mph. Translogic 166: Porsche 918 Spyder

In the same month that Porsche announced that its 918 Spyder is sold out, Translogic is getting its first (and likely last) shot at the plug-in hybrid hypercar. Our drive starts off in a very civilized fashion as we tour the 918 Spyder's e-power and hybrid modes, but the fun really starts when the naturally aspirated 4.6-liter V8 engine roars to life in sport and race hybrid modes, augmenting the electric motors with an additional 608 horsepower for a total of 887. We even attempt an impromptu 0-60 test to see if we can match Porsche's gobsmacking official time of 2.5 seconds, but sadly we don't have the room to make a run on its 214-mph top speed.
