1986 Porsche 944 Turbo with a clean title. It runs and drives but needs work to make it an every day driver. I think the turbo isn't working properly. It has high miles and the engine needs a tune up and the interior and exterior needs some work. The body is strait and the interior has a rip on the drivers seat and the sunroof needs paint. I am located in Arizona and this car is rust free. It should be an easy project good luck bidding. You should plan on towing this car if your out of town. This car needs work to make it an every day driver so bid accordingly.

Daughter has great taste, gives stepdad Porsche 914 of his youth
Mon, 14 Jul 2014Children require a ton of sacrifices; even people without kids know that. Whether it's the time to watch a baseball game or the money just to get there, parents have to give up something for the betterment of their offspring. Of course, once a child grows up, it's finally possible to repay mom and dad for all of their hard work. In the case of Kristin Russell and her stepdad, Dave, that involves a surprise 1973 Porsche 914.
Before he got married, Dave had a sweet, white 914. He even had the money saved up to restore it, but spent the cash on the wedding instead. The Porsche languished in the garage until Dave eventually parted it out and sold it off. Years later, Russell wanted to do something to thank her stepdad for all of the things he had done for her and her mom. The only fitting thank you was an identical 914 to the one that he gave up. Scroll down to watch Dave's reaction of getting his dream car as a surprise Father's Day gift.
Mercedes-AMG GT vs. Porsche 911 [w/poll]
Thu, 11 Sep 2014Mercedes-Benz designed the AMG GT to compete head-on with the Porsche 911. It's a clear, singular purpose, and Benz brings a lot of money, technology and race-bred expertise to the fight.
The AMG GT is Merc's followup to the awesome SLS AMG, the retro-modern, gullwing-doored coupe that took us by storm half a decade ago. But this new GT coupe is a more focused sports car than the SLS, rather than an all out supercar capable of extreme performance. It's got a brand-new V8 engine, and state-of-the-art technology that help it to not only be a proper Mercedes, but to be a serious performer.
Mercedes will sell its new baby in two models. The GT S arrives first, in spring 2015, followed by the standard GT in mid-2016. Of course, there's room to grow from there. And while Porsche may have already expanded its 911 range to include a vast variety of models, here's how Stuttgart's icon stacks up against Affalterbach's bad boy.
Porsche 911 GT3 RS ends up in canal near dealership
Wed, Mar 30 2016All new Porsches are cooled by water. That's just the way it is now, and no amount of purist moaning is going to change it. But when it comes to a water-cooled Porsche, this stretches the limits. This Gulf-livery-themed 911 GT3 RS had its nose deposited in a canal outside Porsche of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. There's a water hazard joke to be made here. According to a Google translation, the dealership's owner is blaming a mechanic for the mistake, while adding the damage isn't fatal to the ultra-rare 911. That has to be at least partially because the heart of this beast – the 4.0-liter, 500-horsepower flat-six engine – sits at the far rear of the car. Hopefully, that means damage is limited to just the body, brakes, and suspension. While it's hard to tell from the angle of this photo, the rear-engine layout may also be what kept more of the car from going in the drink – it seems possible a front-engine car may have been submerged.
