Ok Ladies and Gentlemen here is the one you have been waiting for, a truly spectacular 1975 911S porsche that has never been on the market until today. It literally went from the origianl owner to his best freind which is the present owner today which purchased the car over 20 years go. This is a spectacular example of a true 911S survivor. There is not an ounce of rust on this porsche anywhere including surface rust. I drove this car today and it felt like a time machine sent me back into the late 70's which I don't know how old some of you are but unfortunately I hate to admit it but I did drive these in the 70's and if some of you out there looking at this and laughing your butts off, you will understand what i am saying but lets get back to the car. It just runs and drives truly amazing the way this car was built I think a lot of that has to do with no accidents and the caring of this car from both owners. They literally both garaged and babied this car its entire life. please understand this car has 70k actual miles not 5 miles. So it is not and I repeat not a concours museum piece. It is simply the true survivor you have been looking for that you can drive your ass off in. The paint I would rate a strong 8. The interior I would also rate a strong 8. the body lines of this 911S from the door shutting to the hood and the trunk opening and closing are absolute perfection a perfect 10. So the bottom line here is you can go find a concours car and there will always be another concours out there, but will you ever find another survivor like this, that is the question you have to ask. If that is the type of car you are looking for here it is. I hope you enjoy the photos of this amazing piece of history. one more thing i forgot to mention the owner still has the original wheels and tires which are not on the car at this time or in the photos but will come with the purchase. I will try and put photos of them as soon as i can. if you have any more questions please call me at 5037569708

Porsche drivers escape this horrific VIR crash unscathed
Mon, 07 Oct 2013There is no doubting the fact that it takes nerves of steel to be a racecar driver, but the same can also be said for motorsports photographers. Case in point: The American Le Mans Series Oak Tree Grand Prix at the Virginia International Raceway where two Porsche 911 racecars crash hard into the tire barrier, but the dedicated cameraman stays with the shot - diving away only at the last second just as the battered No. 31 car (shown above) comes to rest atop the tire barriers just feet from where he was standing.
The crash occurred when the two Porsches charged hard into a corner. Judging by the video, the white No. 48 car appears to not see the orange No. 31 and the two cars make contact, skidding off track hitting the tire barriers at a high rate of speed. Both drivers walked away from the frightening crash, but the video - posted below - shows just how bad things could have been. Hopefully the close call will serve as a lesson for the woman standing in the track marshal's post who has her back to the racing as the two cars barrel directly toward her.
Porsche 911 Targa leaks out ahead of Detroit debut
Mon, 13 Jan 2014With the doors of Cobo Center opening for the 2014 Detroit Auto Show this morning, Porsche is set to reveal its new 911 Targa in a matter of hours. But before it gets the chance, the first batch of images have already leaked out, courtesy of Chinese car site autohome.com.cn.
As expected, the new Targa appears to ditch the complex sliding glass roof panels that adorned recent versions of the semi-convertible 911 in favor of a more back-to-basics approach. An entirely removable roof panel opens up the sky, backed by a metallic B-pillar hoop in front of a large curved-glass rear window.
We'll have to wait just a little longer for the full scope of images and all the official details, but we're expecting the new Targa to carry most of the same technical specifications as the 991 on which it's based. Watch this space for more.
Porsche wants you to 3D print your own Cayman
Tue, 10 Dec 2013Have you got access to a 3D printer? Well lucky you, because as we're rapidly learning, the possibilities are virtually endless. And if your tastes lean towards the automotive (as we'd assume they do if you're reading this page), we've got good news.
Porsche has just released 3D printing data for the Cayman S so you can three-dimensionally print out your own and customize to your heart's content. Now Porsche hasn't specified just to what scale the data will allow you to print your Cayman, but we have a feeling that'd mostly be limited by the size of the printer at your disposal. Check it out in the video below and follow the link to the Porsche site to download the file.
