A very pretty 911T
This is a very nice example that has been restored and maintained very well. It handles the country roads to the interstates as you would expect a Porsche to do. The engine is strong, responds well and sounds wonderful. The clutch and transmission feel as they should throughout the 5 speeds. This would be a great daily driver or the perfect weekend warrior.
This 911 is like that girl in high school that only a few noticed until she had a makeover and became a head-turning knockout.

Body/Paint: very good to excellent condition. The body was disassembled, repaired/prepped, painted to a very high quality finish (color change from Conda Green to Red, no green remains). Good gaps, straight panels and smooth curves with correct door/hood/bonnet fit. S trim front chin air dam.
Chrome and Bright Work: very good condition. (S stainless rocker trim)
Weather stripping/Rubber: very good condition.
Glass: good to very good condition.
Wheels: Fuchs (5) that have recently been professionally restored to like-new condition.
Tires: Michelin Primacy mxv4 (5) like new tread, very good to excellent condition.

Porsche Museum highlights history of the 911 RSR
Sat, 12 Jan 2013Porsche has amassed quite an impressive trophy case in just about every racing series it has ever entered, and one of its most dominant machines has to be the 911 RSR from the 1970s. Taking part in various GT-class competitions, the 911 RSR managed to take home three international and seven German victories in 1973, its very first year of competition.
Not one to downplay its racing successes, Porsche has released an informative video detailing the 911 RSR's impressive heritage. The 1973 RSR model owned by the Porsche Museum is detailed beautifully on video, and we have to say it looks absolutely stunning in its vintage Martini Racing livery.

Mon, Dec 7 2015With just a few days left in 2015, it's the perfect time to check out Evo's annual Car of the Year test to determine the greatest performance vehicle of the last 12 months. The writers' picks for the 11 finalists spanned a breadth of engaging models and included: Peugeot 208 GTi by Peugeot Sport, Lamborghini Aventador SV, Seat Leon Cupra Sub8, McLaren 675LT, Porsche 991 GT3 RS, Porsche Cayman GT4, Honda Civic Type R, Ferrari 488 GTB, Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, Lotus Evora 400, and Mercedes-AMG GT S. For the venue to test the mettle of these performance machines, Evo stuck close to home this year and visited the twisting roads at the beautiful north coast of Scotland. Racing brothers Marino and Dario Franchitti also came along for the ride to provide two more voices in the competitive challenge to determine a winner. Volkswagen Group sales down 15% in pandemic year, but EV sales up 214%
Wed, Jan 13 2021FRANKFURT, Germany — German automaker Volkswagen said its global sales fell 15.2% during 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but showed significant recovery toward the end of the year. The company more than tripled its sales of battery-only vehicles. Global sales for all of Volkswagen's brands amounted to 9.3 million vehicles. The fourth quarter showed a smaller decline of 5.7% and within that quarter the month of December was still further improved, showing a shortfall of only 3.2% from the same period the year before. Volkswagen said Wednesday that sales fell the most in Western Europe, by 21.6%, while China, the company's largest single market, was down 9.1% Sales of battery-only cars jumped 214% to 231,600 from 73,700 across all the company's brands. The company's electric sales leaders included the Volkswagen ID.3 compact, with 56,500, the Audi E-Tron SUV with 47,300, and the high-end Porsche Taycan with 20,000. Volkswagen said that its sales fell by less than the overall market, meaning it had slightly expanded its market share. “The COVID-19 pandemic made 2020 an extremely challenging year,” said group sales chief Christian Dahlheim. “The Volkswagen Group performed well in this environment and strengthened its market position." Volkswagen Group's brands include Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, SEAT, and Skoda as sell as truck makers MAN and Scania.
