**I'm relisting as the Buyer (after 9 bids) closed his ebay account once he won. I really don't know why you would do this but please only bid if you're 100% sure**
Up for sale is a my 2006 911 Cabriolet. She's Basal Black Metallic and shines beautifully.
I've had the car for only 8 months but I've decided to sell as I need to purchase an SUV pretty quick and do not have room . I've only put about 2000 miles on it (if that) since purchased from the manager of a large Car Dealership. In that time I've done the following upgrades:
- 36K mile service done at Beverly Hills Porsche
- Red OEM seatbelts installed at BV Porsche (always liked that look)
- Had a full detail at the cost of about 900.00 to make her look like new about 3 months ago
- Installed an Alcantara steering wheel with red stripe
- Installed an Alcantara shift boot and knob to match with red stitching
- Installed a carbon fiber cold air intake from fabspeed to improve the sound and a little more power
- installed clear front reflectors to replace the stock yellow ones
Tires are about 60% if not better, rims are perfect without even a knick. Motor looks like new and all stock other then the intake. She runs perfect, looks amazing and everything works like new.
Stock options include heated seats, Bose sound system, red calipers, 6 speed manual transmission, cruise control, xenon lights, etc. Also comes with a car cover and the original intake. Exhaust is stock.
Overall she shines like new, runs perfect and looks great.
Only imperfections I would like to point out is a few small rock chips on hood which can be expected with a used car, a small bit of rub marks under the front facia from steep driveways and a very small rub on the front right wheel arch on the nose portion. The picture looks worse then it is and honestly, I'm a perfectionist but didnt even notice it until I was snapping some pictures. I think it happened at valet here in santa monica as I don't recall ever rubbing it. I'm sure it would cost next to nothing to fix, very minor and again, on the rubber nose portion.
Mechanically, everything works great and drives perfectly. Only couple of things I would like to point out is that the inside driver door handle became a tad loose last time I drove it and its probably just a matter of adjusting the spring but i can't find the time to get to the dealer and not allowed to work on my car in my building (unfortunately). Two, I've never used the Navigation and noticed after I bought it that it did not come with the DVD. I really don't use Nav so I haven't bothered going through the motions.
I love this car, had a 911 turbo in the past, a 360 modena, an M6, bunch of cars and bikes but this is one of my favorites...just can't find the room for her right now and won't park it on the street. Interior is perfect but the heater button has the typical wear of the paint wearing off...I've seen that on every used porsche, suppose it could be touched up.
Thank you for looking, I have it listed locally as well and reserve the right to end the auction early if needed. Its financed through Wells Fargo so you'll need to allow me time to pull the title.
It only had one key when I bought the car, I bought another from BV Porsche, had it programmed and spent another 500 or so on that :(
Few more points:
Miles are closer to 38725 to be exact, just took her to the wash again
Added a photo of the small rub in front of the passenger wheel on the nose pc, again, not terribly noticeable.
Had the car fully inspected when I first purchased at Bev Hills Porsche. Had zero issues and that's when I had them install the red seatbelts, handle the service, etc.
I'd be more then happy to install the stock intake for you. This one ran about 700 or so and has only been on for about 500 miles. Neighbor has it on his R8, I liked the sound as I wanted to stay away from aftermarket exhaust and it works great, sounds nice when you get on the freeway.
Rims are 19"
Thank you very much and good luck!

Porsche has taken the rather unorthodox step of releasing a series of photos of a new vehicle before it reveals it in full, sans brightwork and covered in dirt. That model, as you can see, is the new 911, expected to feature a number of upgrades and some big changes over the 991-generation line it will replace. The photos give us an advance look at the update, with more details to follow. Likely to be dubbed (unofficially) as the 991.2 or 991.5, the new 911 will encompass the usual array of visual updates: revised bumpers, headlights, rolling stock, interior equipment... the works, as we saw from the most recent batch of spy shots. But the biggest change will be under the hood, where Porsche is expected to fit a new family of downsized, turbocharged flat-six engines to replace the naturally aspirated units in the current models, likely with more power and improved performance to boot. We expect the launch of the new 911 to kick off a raft of new versions to follow, including coupes, convertibles, and Targas (as you can see from the photos), as well as rear- and all-wheel-drive versions in various states of tune. The current generation, after all, bred a about two dozen versions, and you can bet the new one will lead to just as many, from the base Carrera all the way up to the Turbo. That will (as in the all-turbo Macan range) likely remain the flagship model, even after the forced induction no longer sets it apart. The GT3, GT3 RS and a new purist model are expected to be the only hold-outs for atmospheric pressure, but the widespread adaptation of turbocharged power will put another degree of separation between the new 911 and the naturally aspirated, air-cooled models of old. For more details, we'll have to wait until Porsche reveals the full monte, but for a taste of what's to come, look no further than the 19 high-resolution images in this slideshow. I don't care who you are; when a new Porsche 911 rolls up in your driveway, that's a pretty good day. This was my very first experience with Porsche's 991 911, and after having spent time with just about every tune and trim of the last car, I was hotly anticipating comparing and contrasting.
Somehow (I don't remember sending out any cash-filled, unmarked envelopes) I'd scored a week in the 911 Carrera 4S over a long holiday weekend, too. That meant that I'd get to A) log a ton of miles in one of the best cars in the world, B) get to show-off the Porsche to family and friends and C) tempt cops in three states to pull me over. Good thing I've got the Autoblog traffic lawyer on speed dial...

Earlier this month, our friends across the pond at Auto Express released the first in a two-video series that would see them try and build up a second-generation Mazda MX-5 Miata that could best a standard Porsche Boxster around the track. While that first video detailed the mods to the MX-5 - a supercharger, some suspension upgrades and a new set of super-sticky rubber being chief among them - and set baseline lap times for the stock car, today, we have the results of the 5,000-pound ($8,200) upgrade job.
Of course, we aren't going to spoil those for you. You'll need to watch the full video, which recaps the upgrades before digging into a comparison of both straight-line-speed differences between the 2.7-liter Porsche Boxster and blown Miata, as well as their behavior and lap times on the track.
Take a look and let us know what you think in Comments.
