This is one of the nicest 05 911's you will find. Beautiful in and out with black on black. Unfortunately I have to sell it after only owning it for 3 months due to finances.
Fresh oil change, brand new tires purchased about a month ago. Four corner alignment was done at the same time. Had it checked out at Hergesheimer Porsche in Lake Forest, car is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Will need brake pads soon, 20% left in rear and 40% left in front. That is the only maintenance needed as of the inspection. Lowered on BC Coilovers, GT3 front bumper with new Rennline mesh grills just installed 30 days ago, cost me 1500 dollars. Gundo Hack Exhaust Mod done, sounds very deep and throaty. Ruger Mesh by Avant Garde 19" wheels. Tech Art style rear wing, looks amazing. Pioneer Blue tooth Appradio 2 installed with flush mounted JL Audio Amp in the Frunk. (Front Trunk). Stereo sounds awesome. I even replaced the key with a new Porsche key. Spent 200 dollars on it 2 weeks ago. This car is a real eye catcher. I am very sad to see it go. Contact me for more information and prior to purchase. Prefer local pickup in Southern California but will ship at your expense in the USA. |

Porsche 944 Turbo jumps in the MotorWeek wayback machine
Sat, Apr 25 2015While there's no shortage of five- or ten-minute time wasters on the Internet, we humbly submit MotorWeek's awesome series of retro reviews as the best way to take up a short break. This time around, we have a classic Porsche from the 1980s, with John Davis reviewing the 944 Turbo. With a whopping 247 horsepower, the 944 Turbo still represents something of a performer even today, with Davis and Company recording a solid 5.7-second sprint to 60. While it might hold its own against today's hot hatchbacks, it's clear that today's vehicles have come a very long way in terms of interior equipment. Among the things MotorWeek highlights that seem weirdly out of place today include the passenger front airbag and, among the variety of old fashioned controls scattered throughout he cabin, the hilarious equalizer controls for the 10-speaker Blaupunkt stereo.
Porsche Taycan is here, Lamborghini Sian is near | Autoblog Podcast #594
Fri, Sep 6 2019In this week's Autoblog Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore is joined by Senior Editor Alex Kierstein and Senior Editor, Green, John Beltz Snyder. They start the conversation with the cars they've been driving, including the Subaru Forester, Lincoln Navigator, Mercedes-AMG C 43 and Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. Then they talk about the biggest news of the week: the reveal of the all-electric Porsche Taycan. After that, they sweep up other news, like the Lamborghini Sian, new Nissan Juke and the Aston Martin Vanquish 25 by Ian Callum. Next, Autoblog's Erik Meier, who both produces this very podcast and also hosts our Twitch livestream, joins the chat with his impressions of the latest racing game, "WRC 8." Finally, our editors try to provide some helpful guidance in the "Spend My Money" segment. 2015 Porsche Cayenne S
Tue, 23 Sep 2014Oh, Porsche.
Just as the dust settles over the 911 GT3's no manual gearbox kerfuffle, the Germans have gone and yanked the yummy naturally aspirated 4.8-liter V8 from the Cayenne S and replaced it with a twin-turbo 3.6-liter V6. Is nothing sacred in Porscheland?
Perhaps not... but that's not necessarily a bad thing. After all, Porsche famously once said they'd never build a diesel, but when they did, it was actually rather stellar.
