This 2004 Porsche 911 convertible has just 31,700 miles and is absolutely beautiful. The exterior paint looks great and the interior is just as beautiful (nobody has ever smoked in this car). You can tell from the pictures that it has been well cared for. I have owned this car since 2007. I bought it with 8000 miles on it and I've only put 23000 miles on it since. I used it as an extra car and it has been spectacularly maintained and cared for. It has satellite radio, tinted windows, regular maintenance, and has always been parked in the garage. The car was in a very minor accident in 2010 and had the rear bumper replaced but there was no frame damage or other damage and I have all of the repair paperwork. This is a great chance to own a really fun car with really low miles at a great price. This car has it all but I no longer have room for it and want to sell it to great buyer. Please call me with any questions you have. Jeff -- 702 338 6387

Singer Porsche, Koenigsegg, NSX: Leno's life doesn't suck
Tue, Oct 6 2015Jay Leno had quite a productive trip this year during Monterey Car Week. Not only did he get to pal around with Ian Callum and check out the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, but the denim-clad comedian also headed to The Quail to talk to some prominent figures in the modern sports car scene. Capping off the fun, he got to take a drive in a Mercedes-AMG GT S, too Perhaps the highlight of this show is a nearly 10-minute interview with Christian von Koenigsegg. The founder of the Swedish hypercar company digs deep into the Agera One:1's engineering details, relating interesting facts about the aerodynamics and transmission. In addition, Leno chats with Rob Dickenson of Singer about its newly reimagined Porsche 911 Targa, and he gets the latest scoop on the Acura NSX's progress from newly promoted Acura Vice President and General Manager Jon Ikeda. If you like hearing about the nuts and bolts of sports car development, then this video can't be missed. Of course, we were there at Monterey, too, and we pointed our own cameras at some of the amazing machinery, both vintage and modern, at all the various car-focused events of the week. Take a look back at some of our own cool footage in the videos below. Related Video:
$1.4B hedge fund suit against Porsche dismissed
Wed, 19 Mar 2014Investors have canvassed courts in Europe and the US to repeatedly sue Porsche over its failed attempt to take over Volkswagen in 2008 (see here, and here and here), and they have repeatedly failed to win any cases. You can add another big loss to the tally, with Bloomberg reporting that the Stuttgart Regional Court has dismissed a 1.4-billion euro ($1.95B US) lawsuit, the decision explained by the court's assertion that the investors would have lost on their short bets even if Porsche hadn't misled them.
Examining the hedge funds' motives for stock purchases and the bets that VW share prices would fall, judge Carola Wittig said that the funds didn't base their decisions on the key bits of "misinformation," and instead were participating simply in "highly speculative and naked short selling," only to get caught out.
With other cases still pending, the continued streak of victories bodes well for Porsche's courtroom fortunes, since judges will expect new information to consider overturning precedent. If there is any new info, it could come from the potential criminal cases still outstanding against former CEO Wendelin Wiedeking and CFO Holger Härter, who were both indicted on charges of market manipulation.
Chris Harris hits the track in the Porsche 911 GT3 RS
Sat, May 23 2015One of the wonderful things about Chris Harris on Cars is the enthusiasm that the host brings to the screen. Granted, it would be hard not to enjoy a day driving around in a supercar that you don't own. Still, Harris brings a sense that he knows how rare these opportunities are and relishes them. In his latest look at the two sides of the latest Porsche 911 GT3 RS, you can tell this guy is having a lot of fun. The GT3 RS is a 500-horsepower, track-focused weapon, but it's expected to drive to and away from the circuit after a day of laps. Therefore, Harris decides to evaluate the attributes of this Porsche in both environments. On the road, he sweeps an orange example over some beautifully, undulating German backroads but keeps things rather tidy. However, in the latter half of the video, he arrives at the Weissach test track for a go in a purple RS. There, he really lets the rear hang out.
